ESPECTACULAR!! Es un lugar para adentr**** en otra época. La casa en sí es un museo. Excelente ubicación en pleno centro pero sin ruido. El desayuno, muy completo y exquisito! La atención inigualable. Las camas muy cómodas y todo impecable GRACIAS CRISTINA POR TODAS TUS ATENCIONES!!

Excelente experiencia. Un lugar muy bien ambientado con antiguedades. Es un hotel boutique. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Muy limpio. En el centro histórico de Puebla. Todo queda a pocos pasos. Cristina muy simpática y excelente anfitriona. Marian también. Todo lo que necesitamos fue provisto por ellas. 100% recomendable.

This is a wonderful and unique hotel. When we were dropped off at the kerb I was a bit worried as it's a fairly busy road which is not particularly picturesque. However, after entering through the large doors, it's like entering a world of curiosities and intrigue. The room itself was gorgeous and located at the top floor with lovely space to sit and relax and view across the rooftops. The room had charming decor including a chandelier. The only slight downside is that there is limited privacy for the shower area, which steps out into the main room. There's a lovely bar area, with many antiquities to discover. And the team make a wonderful margarita. There are also board / card games to play. The breakfast had some good options and was both filling and tasty. And overall service is friendly and warm. The location is great as it's walking distance to both the center of town, but also a street with great little boutiques, street stores and restaurants. I'd just wished I had a few more days to relax and enjoy the location.

Es un lugar excepcional por la riqueza histórica tanto del recinto como de sus contenidos. Altamente recomendable la experiencia de vivir el pasado. Además, el personal es muy cálido y profesional. Hacen que la estancia sea muy placentera en un lugar que más que hotel es un túnel al pasado.

Es un hotel bonito, con una cantidad enorme de detalles muy antiguos. Las personas que atienden muy amables y atentas. Se tienen todas las comodidades. Es tan ADOC el ambiente que la cama súper cómoda, pero rechina mucho.

La decoración es excelente, las camas muy muy cómodas, el agua sale bien caliente en la regadera, el bar está padrisimo!! Un día desayunamos ahí y todo estuvo riquísimo, pero lo mejor es la atención de Sandra, Cristina y Alberto, todo el tiempo están disponibles y siempre ofreciendo ayuda, hacen pasar un momento muy agusto!

My husband and I loved our 3-day stay at the beautiful place full of colonial charm. Our room (“Campanario”) on the top floor was spacious, comfortable and quiet, and beautifully decorated. Right outside is a rooftop terrace with views of colonial churches and Popocatepetl, ideal for a glass of wine in the evening. Loved the location, a short walk to the Zocalo and to everything else, but safely out of the tourist combat zone. The staff is super helpful and responsive. Last but not least, the ample Mexican breakfast (many choices) is out of this world. Highly recommended.

Ubicación excelente vas caminando a todas partes, Decoración con mucho estilo , hospitalidad sobresaliente , te ayudan en todo, te facilitan tu estancia, te atienden con meticuloso cuidado. Las camas sus colchones son sumamente cómodos y confortables. Se duerme como un bebé. Arriba hay unas vistas espectaculares. La relación calidad precio es excelente,sin duda regreso y lo recomiendo.
