"We were the only guest at the hotel ( it’s a hotel with only a few rooms) Front desk was in agreement with the narcs to get money from us in the middle of the night. We got a phone call on our personal number to ask for money or else. It was a terrible situation and police got involved. We went to another hotel at 1 AM just to get away from the hotel. Moneys got reimbursed by manager."

"Spanish rooms, but very responsive, the kind of guests seem quiet to her, so you don't have to be in a trouble. There's a strange concrete air in the room, more ventilation would be good. Friendly staff."

"It's close to the Zócalo and surrounding areas like the candy street. Parking is included. The staff is very friendly, from the valet parking attendant to the restaurant staff and the receptionist. We loved that the toilet was separate from the shower, that the beds were queen-size, that the facilities were very clean and in excellent condition, that the air conditioning was quiet, and that the shower had good water pressure and no issues with the water temperature. The only drawback is that public transportation (buses and vans) passes by and can sometimes be quite noisy. The breakfast is sufficient and has good options. I highly recommend it."

"Service was excellent, I had an early check in and the reception was able to?accommodate me without any trouble. Breakfast is simple but really local and tasty! The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed linen was fresh and the bathroom was always spotless. It's not a fancy hotel but absolutely everything you need and more for short convenient stays in the heart of the city. I felt safe walking around the area and there's a lot to do if you're interested in doing city visits etc."
