"The location is near the city center and close to a university. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed is quite soft. The swimming pool was not available. There is no public transportation system nearby, so it is more convenient to drive or take a taxi."

"The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the towels were changed. The bed was comfortable. The shower jet was fine and there was warm water as it should. You had to walk about 1.5 km to get to the center, which I think is fine. The price-performance ratio was fine. Unfortunately, breakfast was not offered. I had a room on the ground floor. The room was very thinly soundproof and you could hear every step from outside. The window faced the hallway, so there was no daylight and the air was musty. There was no extractor in the bathroom. An air conditioner or fan would not have been bad."

"Since checking in …a complete nightmare, I did my reservation and prepaid online with Trip and I was told by the hotel staff that they had no record of the payment and they wouldn’t allow me in, until i called trip and after 1 hour they allowed me in. I also wanted to order room service, there were no menus and their “online service” was not working… the rooms are a bit old and their ac wasn’t working either surprise surprise… There’s plenty of options in Puebla … don’t bother staying here it’s very overrated…."
