"The first night’s stay was not good and the hotel put us in a small noisy room next to the stairs and elevator. Some staff members have limited English speaking skills so misunderstandings did happen. Breakfast is not included with stay and the price is expensive to add breakfast. Housekeeping forgot to give us coffee, tea, and hair nets few times. Staffs are friendly and nice even though we had some issues."

"The hostel is perfectly located in Mexico City for everything you need, they have a great free walking tour and offer a lot of events to people staying there. I think there could be some improvements, we got the private room which was a lot smaller than expected and had no window. Also we stayed there for 3 nights and they never once cleaned the room. Generally they treat you as a dormitory hostel stayer, even if you are in the private room. There is also only 1 place to plug your phone in, so as a couple this was a bit inconvenient. I also would not recommend the breakfast, it’s very very basic and not really worth it."
