The hotel is fine if you’re in town for a quick trip. It provides the basics you need—clean rooms and a decent place to rest. The breakfast is a bit limited and could be improved, and the service is just OK, nothing remarkable.
That said, everything else is fine, and I would still recommend it mainly because it’s clean and functional. A solid option for a short stay.

The rooms near the highway are a little noisy. Some rooms have a smell. If you find that there is a smell, it should be caused by the toilet and kitchen. Contact the front desk in time to change it, don't be patient.

DDra Nayeli Tovar MartinezReserve with animals, mentions communicating with the hotel for the cost, I communicated mentioned cost of 480 per animal stay and arrived charge of 350 per night, did not respect the information provided by phone, The lady who attended was night Thursday and mentioned that policies are different in the application than in the hotel and that it was the only way they accepted the pet, in a good restaurant service by the specific staff of Mr Marcelino who is the turn of the afternoon , he gave guidance and accessed you treat, sad that the portions are very small for the cost, and have very good season , The pet could only walk in the room and green area being a petfriendly hotel did not allow it in all its facilities, gym only has walking handle and static bike, very good place for accommodation**** but definitely needs to improve your policies , The treatment of your reception staff and the completion of the petfriendly .

Beyond the scenery, the hotel excels in comfort and service. The room itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, featuring comfortable bedding and reliable amenities. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout my visit.
Located in the vibrant Las Animas area, the hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to both commercial centers and Puebla's historic core. I highly recommend requesting a volcano-facing room. This is a five-star experience that seamlessly blends convenience with an unforgettable natural backdrop.

👩🏻💻in my experience the reception was not good, the girl in front desk was unfriendly, you need to do your own check in (scanning a QR) and the lady only give you the key card
🛏️room is very austere, not cozy, looks old; but the bed is comfortable
🚽🚿bathroom is big, has towels, soap 🧼 and shampoo. The hand wash basin has mold and the shower floor was wet
🅿️ Parking is ok but is not only for hotel guests, which makes you feel a bit insecure.

BBeachBumThe hotel is in a great location near many places. The staff are very friendly. The only exception is the service at breakfast was not very good and the other reviews that said there was unlimited free hot chocolate and beverages is not true. The hotel has no onsite laundry which is disappointing and we had to change rooms because on the weekends there is a night club that is so loud that it can disturb your sleep all night long.
