A beautiful hotel, the property is clean and with many restaurants and amenities. The building has this old and classic style that really resonates with the city. Buffet breakfast has a lot options, and at nights we got a canapé party, they serve wine if you want alcohol. I only tried one of the restaurants, mole was delicious. The only downside was the location, it's not bad but there is nothing around, Uber is your best bet to move around and you get pretty fast to downtown or other areas. Room was nice and perfect. Good hotel close to supermarkets, shops, a casino and more. Room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view but the window could not be opened. The breakfast was very good with a good choice of different kind of food. Unfortunately the pool area was under maintenance.

The windows were completely sealed shut and couldn't be opened. The room smelled terrible when I first entered, making me dizzy. It took a while to feel a little better after the air conditioner had been running for a long time and the door was left open. The elevator was also very old and slow. Located in the vibrant Las Animas area, the hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to both commercial centers and Puebla's historic core. I highly recommend requesting a volcano-facing room. This is a five-star experience that seamlessly blends convenience with an unforgettable natural backdrop.

The location is very clean, comfortable bed, good attention and close to everything. All is very good but I thought it was very bad that in the shower the soaps you have are from soap boats for your hands! I think it's not expensive to have a shampoo boat and a body soap boat, but it's a bad picture of all the good hotel.

Service was excellent, I had an early check in and the reception was able to?accommodate me without any trouble. Breakfast is simple but really local and tasty! The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed linen was fresh and the bathroom was always spotless. It's not a fancy hotel but absolutely everything you need and more for short convenient stays in the heart of the city. I felt safe walking around the area and there's a lot to do if you're interested in doing city visits etc.
