Tiene muy buena ubicacion!! a solo unos pasos del centro historico, los fines de semana es muy ruidoso porque es Restaurant, me hubiera gustado que en el front desk fueran mas accesibles, pues pedi un upgrade y no me dieron opcion de hacerlo, tengan mucho cuidado al elegir el tipo de habitacion si reservan con ******* porque al parecer las habitaciones mas reconditas y lugubres son las que le tienen asignadas a *******.

Las habitaciones huelen a caño, son muy pequeñas. Nos quejamos porque todo el hotel apesta a cigarro y en recepción nos dijeron que el dueño fuma dentro del hotel. Se supone que por ley debe de ser un area 100% libre de tabaco. El elevador esta muy sucio, la música en el desayuno es muy mala y ademas esta muy fuerte. El buffet deja mucho que desear ademas la comida esta insipida y no tiene variedad. PESIMO SERVICIO jamas regresaremos.
