フロントやベルボーイの対応がとてもよかったです。
レストランの接客も丁寧でした。

En general la estancia fue agradable porque es un lugar tranquilo, las habitaciones son pequeñas para el costo que ofrecen en comparación con otros hoteles con el mismo costo, comparando esto, pues es un hotel caro.

Cuando reserve , me indicaba desayuno gratis y no fue así, te dicen que es continental y te lo cobran aparte , ademas no contaba con un escritorio o mesa con silla , me toco trabajar en el taburete , muy cansado , ademas de muy chica la habitacion

En general el hotel es agradable y cómodo a pesar de que los cuartos son pequeños.
Lo que no me gustó es que el lavabo estaba tapado y, aunque solicitamos que lo arreglaran, no nos atendieron, y al reclamar, prentendieron explicarnos que así era normal y que no pasaba nada. Eso es mal servicio y una falla en las instalaciones.
