El hotel está muy bien, solamente que la segunda vez que me duché, el agua no salió caliente o.O, la primera sí. Y hay un poco de desorden en los pasillos, tienen alfombra en casi todos sus pasillos, que al parecer, no aspiran muy frecuentemente.

Hôtel situé en centre ville mais très calme. Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel lors d’un circuit au Mexique. Ça aurait pu être mieux, mais bien pire aussi.

Beautiful classic style hotel. Well maintained. Rooms clean. Bathroom clean. Good hot water. Beds comfortable. Offer in house dining. TV has Netflix prime star etc. TV channels spanish but a couple of planet series in English. Balconies on inner rooms overlooking pool. Outside face onto streets. Very well located. Car parking. Pool clean water and maintained. Good a**osphere. Mixed clientele of foreign tourists and Mexican.

Bizar behandeld door receptiemedewerkers (24 januari 2024). Dit hotel verdient geen gasten, tenminste niet zolang ze zo met gasten omgaan. Bij het vertrek konden wij ons niet herinneren dat we een ticket bij het parkeren hadden gekregen. Je kan je auto wel meekrijgen, indien je 100 pesos betaalt. Met deze regel konden we in theorie dus iedere auto uit de garage claimen. Het maakt het hotel niet uit dat we met huurcontracten, foto’s etc. konden laten zien welke auto van ons is. In plaats daarvan mochten we camerabeelden gaan terugkijken, afval uitzoeken op zoek naar het ticket en lang wachten. Na vele vakanties en bezoeken aan hotels, zeker bij 4 sterren hotels, hebben we dit nog nooit meegemaakt. Erg teleurstellend. Er zijn genoeg leuke hotels in Puebla, dus kies alsjeblieft voor een ander hotel.

A colonial gem in the middle of Puebla Centro! Near everything that is historically important in Puebla. The manager, Angelica, will make sure you have a terrific stay in this boutique hotel. The food spread is presented in a very attractive manner and the taste is delicious! Character and charm predominate the flavor of this hotel!

Small hotel in the older part of Puebla. Lots of interesting shops and galleries within walking distance. Pleasant staff. Nice room. Breakfast was limited and not inspiring. Coffee was weaker than my usual.

Un hotel con lo necesario para pasar la noche y lindo, sin embargo, a las habitaciones les falta mantenimiento, sobre todo en los baños...ahí mismo faltaría un poco más de detalle en la limpieza para quitar el sarro. La ubicación es estupenda, está a una cuadra del centro.

Eski kentin merkezinde küçük bir otel; bazı odalarda temizlik sorunu vardı. Orta bahçesi güzel. Özellikle sabah kahvaltı hizmetindeki personelin güler yüzlülüğünü yardımseverliğini not e**ek isterim. Ancak odalar küçük, banyo keyifsiz. Tabii bunlarda otelin eski bir evden devşirilmesinin de payı olmalı.

El día 31 Jul solicite 2 habitaciones para 1 noche y resulta k por no tener reservación previa no puedes dejar tu auto en su estacionamiento, debes llevarlo a otro y pagar x las horas k tengas tu auto, sin tarifa preferencial, adicional no respetan los precios de la página, los climas no sirven y el elevador principal tampoco, la atención en recepción es muy tardada y están a la negativa.
