The Hotel was Very Clean and Safe!! The location was one block away from INM where i had to go to get my permanent residency here in Mexico. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room didn't have A/C but they brought me a very nice Fan. If i ever need to go back to that area of Puebla i will be staying there again!!

Las habitaciones tienen lo básico, pero no cuentan por ejemplo con plancha, hay que ir a pedir a recepción y están ya todas quemadas, le falta mucho a la limpieza, los espejos estaban embarrados, solo teníamos 2 toallas y éramos 4 en la habitación, las pedí y según que las mandarían pero jamás llegaron, en cuanto a lo demás está pasable el hotel.

No es para nada lo que sale en las fotos, está muy descuidado, todo sucio y en vez de hotel es realmente un motel. Deberían tener más cuidado antes de dejar publicar cualquier cosa.

Todo estuvo bien, desde el check inn ya que todos son amables y atentos., las habitaciones en buen estado y limpio, el único tema que tuvimos fue que la pantalla no prendió y nos dijeron que la iban a arreglar y nunca llegaron, pero de ahí en fuera todo bien.
