Los inconvenientes; el servicio de restaurante es hasta las 3 de la tarde y el estacionamiento no está en la propiedad. Pero en cuestión de seguridad, limpieza, servicios y atención, es un muy buen lugar. Además muy cerca del zócalo.

Aunque el hotel está cerca del centro no se puede descansar el elevador hace mucho ruido no me gustó la atención de las recepcionistas tampoco no lo recomiendo

Es la primera vez que nos hospedamos mi familia y yo , hotel muy cómodo muy cerca del zócalo de puebla y puntos de interés, las habitaciones muy cómodas y estaban insonorizadas descansamos muy bien después de llegar de los tours, personal muy amable.

Habitación agradable y limpia. El personal muy amable. Lo negativo es que en las habitaciones del piso de abajo, que se encuentran junto al pequeño restaurante terraza se escucha todo el ruido de la gente pasando por el pasillo y de los empleados cuando llegan en la mañana.
Otro punto a mejorar es la regadera, pues sale un chorro muy fuerte.

We were a group of 19 person. Do not speak English at the reception. Updated hotel. Rooms are small. No table or place for luggage. 1 bottle for 2 people at twin room. The safety boxes do not worked properly. Bad sounds isolation in rooms. No windows in part of rooms. Really there no 3-4* hotel. There has 2* hotel. The good thing is location of hotel, there is at historical center.

Once the staff helped us get a room with a window, the stay was very good. When making the reservation I would request a window. The staff did their best, and that was appreciated.
