Excellent hotel located right in the heart of Puebla downtown. The room was clean and the service at the front desk was courteous and prompt. This is really one of the best values in Puebla and would definitely recommend for anyone travelling on a slightly tighter budget!

Good choice for a stay near the cathedral, particularly if you book a room with a balcony that faces the street so you can open the doors for some sunlight and breeze. Friendly staff, clean room and public areas, wifi and cable tv, good water pressure and warm enough hot water to relax after a long dusty day. No mini fridge, but they have a restaurant or you can go to an Oxxo a block away.

Recently stayed in hotel Isabel and for the price this place was wonderful. Very friendly staff, the rooms were clean and right down the street from downtown Puebla. The restaurant that they have was great and I was well served. I would definitely come back and I will be recommending this place to my family members and friends.

El hotel me pareció agradable, buena decoración y en buen estado todo su equipamiento pero la habitación (110) me pareció muy angosta y sin ventilación lo que generaba un ambiente sofocante, la terraza del hotel que estaba en parte al aire libre sin aseo para quitar el polvo de las mesas y sillas.
