Es un gran hotel se siente que es nuevo todo está súper funcional, un gran estacionamiento y tiene una vista a los volcanes inigualable además que el personal es súper servicial siempre están atentos a cualquier cosa que uno pueda necesitar

Excelente atención por parte del personal, las habitaciones son espaciosas, limpias y muy bien iluminadas, las camas muy cómodas Hubo un detalle con el aire acondicionado, por lo menos en la habitación donde yo estaba, no se sentía. Muy bien

En mi opinión, el hotel y su servicio me fascinó, le dieron un toque elegante y una vibra increíble, la comida fue muy buena y el personal es excepcional. Fue mi primera vez visitándolo, ¡y sin duda sería mi primera opción para hospedarme en algún momento!

Excelente evento, todo el personal suuuper amable, el menú fue tan sabroso que felicitamos y abrazamos a los chefs Alondra y Raul, y como no agradecerle a Maricela Ramírez la coordinadora de eventos, pues cada instante estuvo al pendiente de todo, los invitados estuvieron fascinados, pero el principal es para Karen Perea, la Gerente, desde la primera visita nos atendió maravillosamente, un lugar muy recomendable para que los recuerdos de tus eventos sean inolvidables!!!

Las instalaciones son excelentes, la comida excelente, logística excelente, solo un detalle que el servicio de meseros muy mal, tardan mucho y son descortés con el comensal, tienen una cara como de que no les pagan bien o de que no les pagan, por su mal servicio no les dejé propina, el de los elotes excelente y muy ricos, la decoración con flores muy bonita me encantó, la mesa de dulces excelente las señoras dan un excelente servició, saludos a la gerente por su buen equipo de trabajo pero si debería de cambiar a los meseros por alguien que si quiera trabajar con una buena cara saludos
