My stay was extremely disappointing due to the terrible accommodation service and the low quality in the Food and Beverage area. As for accommodation, I found rooms that were not adequate and were in a poor state of maintenance. Regarding the Food and Beverage area, I was truly disappointed by the quality of the food and the lack of varied options on the menu. The dishes lacked flavor and presentation, which negatively affected my dining experience. Additionally, service in the restaurant was slow and disorganized, resulting in long waits and a general feeling of discomfort. From the moment I arrived, I noticed that the staff seemed disinterested and unwilling to help. In addition, the reception staff did not at any time show a willingness to resolve the problems that arose during my stay, special requests or simple requests were not attended to correctly, which generated even more frustration. The lack of attention and kindness to the needs of the guests was really frustrating, the responses were curt and lacked the kindness that one expects when dealing with the team of an establishment of this type, I also appreciated a lack of knowledge on the part of the service providers. Simple questions about the hotel's facilities and services seemed to baffle the staff, making me feel like they were not properly trained to provide the information guests need. And lastly, communication between staff members seemed to be poor, resulting in misunderstandings and errors in service all the time.
