The service is very good (the front desk is very good and helped me recommend other hotels and provide transportation information after I checked out). But some questions still need to be raised: the bath water is either too hot or too cold. This is not a solar problem, but an equipment problem. Internet, although the entire island network is not good, there is no network signal in the room.

You can see the pier from the balcony of your room. The transportation is convenient and very close to the pier. The room is simple and clean. The boss's service is very friendly. There are restaurants and cafes downstairs.

Staff here absolutely beautiful and very helpful. Very good spot to just walk to all the waterfront action. Clean, comfortable a great place to stay.

The manager was very helpful & provided information that added to my stay, his English was also very good which was handy for me. The location was very convenient to walk most places. The rooms were large & bright. There was a really nice communal kitchen/lounge/balcony on the top floor with water views. The only downside was there was no lift but I think this is common in the Galapagos.

This was a great location, walkable to restaurants and ferry. We had a suite overlooking the harbor which was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful. It made our first visit to the Galapagos perfect. We'd definitely stay here again
