Miguel is exceptional!!!!! I I think he's part japanese!!!!!! We LOVED HIM!!! He is talented and very friendly. He made our dinner experience finominal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gracias Miguel por una maravillosa comida y noche! Todo estuvo DELISIOSO!!!!

We have nothing but great things to say about our vacation at Dreams Jade. The room was perfect and always kept very clean and well stocked. The grounds and pools were immaculate. We thought that the restaurants we ate at were well above average; we really enjoyed the food and the wait staffs were great. The entire resort staff was very friendly and just wanted to make us feel welcome and get us anything we needed. We can't wait to go back to Dreams Jade...it felt like we were home.

We really enjoyed our time at Dreams Jade! I have celiac and need to adhere to a strict gluten free diet. We elected to book preferred to have sit down breakfast and avoid buffets. Timoteo ensured my meal was safe every time at Mercure for breakfast and at Castaways for lunch! I am so grateful! At the preferred pool, Abdias quickly learned our names and our drink preferences. He was a joy to chat with and the drinks were perfect for a tropical get away. The resort is smaller and easy to get around. We didn’t spend time at the main pool because we were looking for a more quiet, relaxing get away. There were several restraints with different cuisines. We loved Capers! Our room was clean and able to stay cool. We did back a DampRid bag to help humidity in the room. Thanks to all at Jade! We will be back!

Excelente hotel, muy buena opción para grupos de amigos y familia. Equipo excelente! Fernando maletero el mas amable, Cristian y Eduardo de los restaurantes excelentes, Gionava del kids club muy buena. Muy recomendado, muy limpio, buenas actividades!

We had an amazing meal at the Tappanyaki.. Miguel entertained us and the food was excellent. We all had a fantastic evening. Would recommend for a great night for entertainment and wonderful food . This has been our favourite so, albeit the other restaurants have been extremely good too.

Miguel’s skill and presentation were amazing. I have seen similar hibachi shows in the past but Miguel’s skills were beyond exceptional. I recommend coming to see this remarkable show. The food was also delicious. Muchos gracias, Miguel!

Beautiful resort. Staff in every area were very dedicated to exceeding guest expectations and they were great! Only wish we came earlier when temperatures weren’t so hot-humid. But highly recommend!

The resort itself is dirty and well maintained. The restaurants are HOT! It’s hard to cool off anywhere. The buffet is closed all the time without any notice and at least 1 other restaurant. So it’s a long wait sometimes for dinner. You will literally get kicked out of sections of the pool at 3pm so they can start setting up for wedding dinners. The beds are comfortable. Our housekeeper helped themselves to some money. And we were told “sorry, shouldn’t have left it out.” It’s a cheap resort, but you get exactly what you pay for.
