"Excellent - Cute and clean outdoor area with a lot of hammocks, small pool and sofas Good -Fridge in the room -Free morning coffee -Location close to everything Bad - Wifi not working all the time at the outdoor area especially -No cleaning service for the room (have to keep used toilet paper in the bin for many days…) -Dirty walls and mold in the bathroom"

"The pool doesn't work, they said they had sent email to let us know and nothing ever arrived. No water came out of the shower. They said it had a minibar and it's not true, the reception bathroom didn't work. You have the right to access to another hotel that is a few meters away, we parked the car there because they do not have parking, the other hotel is better, you have access to the pool but we did not go in because the towels are only given to you at the hotel reception"

"Loving the small pools it feels cozy and the room is spacious with a small living room with sofa where you can recieve friends or travel mates. We enjoyed a lot at the cocktail bars and different restaurants! Dreams does feel dream like !"

"This hotel is awful. It's a One Star at best. There isn't really a reception - just someone on a desk. There's a coffee machine and water (thankfully) in the lobby. It is located two blocks from the beach though surrounded by bars and restaurants. One bar had a live (and Loud) band playing every night until at least midnight. We felt we were in the bar. There was only a light on one side of our bed. The AC did work thankfully as we couldn't leave our window open. The shower is not fit for purpose. We could barely wash ourselves, never mind our hair. The loo broke and was backing up and we had to use the public toilet on the top floor. Towel quality was poor. Overall, we could not wait to check out. We won't be back. There are other places to stay in Puerto Morelos."

"Look very carefully at this place. Good location, way over priced, pool is too cold to use, chairs and shade are very limited. Didn't see anyone using the pool for two weeks. By the time you pay for beach club access you could stay on the beach in much better accomodations. We were dissappointed!"

The atmosphere is respectful, friendly, and completely non-judgmental. Accommodations were clean, comfortable, and steps from the ocean.
