"The pool doesn't work, they said they had sent email to let us know and nothing ever arrived. No water came out of the shower. They said it had a minibar and it's not true, the reception bathroom didn't work. You have the right to access to another hotel that is a few meters away, we parked the car there because they do not have parking, the other hotel is better, you have access to the pool but we did not go in because the towels are only given to you at the hotel reception"

"Finding this place is a nightmare unless you know where to go. Google and Apple Maps is wrong and I drove 20 min up and down the streets trying to find where to go. Finally got out and walked and found the place! The first room they gave me smelled like mold and the ac didn’t work. The next room was much better but the floor was wet and the room felt damp. After turning the ac on and going to the beach, which is steps away, I came back to a nice cool room. Pool was nice for a dip after the beach. Restaurant next door had a wedding that went far into the night with loud music and I had to be up at 4 am so wasn’t happy about that. Bring ear plugs! Beach is right in front of a reef you can swim out to for free!"

"The room we were given was NOT AT ALL the rooms showed on the hotel website! We paid for a King Deluxe room, but what we received was anything but. We were on the first floor overlooking the street and parking. There was only 1/2 of a closet, no shelves, and plastic porch furniture, The only thing they got right was the size of the room, which was VERY small. We contacted ***********, who followed up with the hotel. A manager named "David", who neither on-site, nor noted by the hotel staff as anyone they had ever heard of, told *********** that not only did we get the room we requested, but that that it was an "upgrade" from the room we paid for. This is impossible to fathom, as our room was totally at the bottom of the line. Whomever was managing the hotel, and from wherever they were managing it, refused to acknowledge it. Hotel staff could not provide us with the name of any manager nor contact information for anyone else. We were given an email for reviews, which is exactly what we are doing."

"Excellent - Cute and clean outdoor area with a lot of hammocks, small pool and sofas Good -Fridge in the room -Free morning coffee -Location close to everything Bad - Wifi not working all the time at the outdoor area especially -No cleaning service for the room (have to keep used toilet paper in the bin for many days…) -Dirty walls and mold in the bathroom"

"Look very carefully at this place. Good location, way over priced, pool is too cold to use, chairs and shade are very limited. Didn't see anyone using the pool for two weeks. By the time you pay for beach club access you could stay on the beach in much better accomodations. We were dissappointed!"
