For the price it’s good for kids. Club only open Saturday and Sunday. The food it’s 7pm if the run out that is it. I will not go again we on vacation so we want some fun activities in the hotel to do. But don’t take me wrong if you go with little kids yes good place. But the age 18 to 55 and you want some fun not the place

Overall our stay was great. The restaurant and bar staff were AWESOME. Wish cleaning staff would have replenished water and soda even after we called and requested more but did not. Also wish there was more of a beach but we made due at the pools.

Hermoso el lugar .muy cuidados los espacios comunes,las piscinas ,excelentes los restaurantes y están mejorando la playa que se puede disfrutar a pesar del zargazo de la zona.La limpieza de los cuartos ( muy cómodos) dejó mucho que desear aveces los cuartos se hacían a las 5 de la tarde Para ir a los restaurantes alejados había que insistir porque los carritos no llegaban a tiempo. Many of the employees were rude, the food was overall not great. the restaurants were difficult to get into. My daughter was Celiac and there were poor options for her. In order to get a requested adjoined room we had to pay an upgrade fee. There was an overall feeling of disdain towards us as tourist - basically, they want our money but not our presence. The cleanliness of the resort was good and the greenery/gardening was the best part of the resort. Would not come back nor recommend the resort.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff were very friendly and always happy to help…the food at the restaurants was great and the resort was super clean and had one of the nicest grounds we’ve even seen! So many lush palm trees and flowers and lots of lounge chairs and cabanas! We will be back!

This resort is well kept, clean and layed out nicely. The food was excellent, with lots of options, though their reservation system was not stellar. The pools were great, drinks were good, and staff here super helpful and friendly. The beach was not great, as it’s near the marina, but pools make up for it… would definitely recommend this hotel .. it’s a really nice 5 star!!

We purchased a Platinum stay for my 50th birthday and did not receive none of the benefits except when we would walk in the platinum room to get top shelf drinks. We were told that we would have 2 butlers- we only saw a butler once during our 5 day stay. He would call us and would reassure that if we needed anything - not to hesitate to ask him but - when we did- he was missing in action or we would hear back from him hours later. I was promised a birthday cake and never got one. When my son asked why didn’t we get the cake- we were told they were out of cakes. My mother was sick while there and we ordered room service for her meals which would take about an hour if not longer to get them . On a positive note:The wait staff at the Buffets were exceptional and friendly. Overall- I would probably go back ( because 2 years ago- I had the most amazing experience at Ventus and this time around- the last day there made up for the bad experience- Lastly-Our last day- I found a bunch of balloons - the butler came in my room to decorate it for my birthday. He left a bottle of champagne and snacks - which was a thoughtful gesture.
