My wife and I both use sleep machines, when I asked for a power cord. Because of the limited outlets. The reply was they could not help, go buy one! At the French restaurant you could not make a reservation unless you bought a $100.00 bottle of wine, we didn't go, nor did I attempt later that week. So much for all inclusive!! I thought the liquor and beer package could use an upgrade. very disappointed.
On a good note, I enjoyed the layout, everything was easy to get to! Security was excellent for my family and I felt very safe!!!

This place is fantastic. The pool/beach area is beautiful and the bar service there is amazing. The beach was much nicer than I thought it would be. They have limited seating set up, but you can grab a lounger and drag it over if the areas are full. (or they will drag for you) There is some seaweed, but they are working the whole time to remove it- very sandy, not super rocky to swim. Someone walked by every 5 mins or so if you wanted a drink, they were very attentive. The food was the best all inclusive food I have ever had- we had no problem getting a table a the restaurants, but had to wait 15-20 mins sometimes. (No big deal-). The entertainment team (at the pool and at night) were great. Shout out to Dylan who entertained my teenagers for hours at the pool and played pickle ball against us on the rooftop courts. I looked for a long time before booking this and I am glad I did- the rooms were slightly outdated, but that does not move my needle, it was clean and spacious and had the ocean outside my balcony. Great place, great stay. One note, we did the "Priority" level and unless you just want access to a really quiet pool, it's not worth it, we never really used it.

I’ve stayed at other UVC resorts in the past. This one is clearly not up to their level of standard. A lot of the typical amenities we have come to expect with a UVC property, like having a butler for preferred guests, are completely absent here. The UVC staff is horribly rude and tried to blame everyone else for everything they could. They even blamed my difficulty with a dinner reservation on my coming on my RCI membership. The night life here doesn’t exist at all. Pools close very early (bar pools close at 5pm). But- we had TWO FULL DAYS that ALL BARS were closed! Mind you- we paid for all inclusive fees for everyday… but hey- we had already paid so they didn’t care. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. There are several other Dreams resorts I can attest are awesome. No idea how this one ended up so far off course.

Miguel was so great and the food was fantastic!! He did a couple of behind the back tricks and interacted so well with us and personalized our experience bc we got married this week here and incorporated our celebration into dinner! Such a great experience
