The service was absolutely amazing! Plenty of great food options, lots of activities to keep you busy! Shout out to Chris and the entertainment group, for hosting some awesome nightly entertainment! We will be back!

Very nice, clean resort. Poli at the outdoor Prelude bar at night was great. He was always there to get us drinks when we needed them. He commented he liked one of my shirts that was a little small for me so I literally gave him the shirt off my back, lol! Eleusterio (I probably have that spelled wrong) that worked on the ground keeping staff in a green outfit was one of the hardest working nice people we have ever met! He cut a fresh coconut out of a tree for my girlfriend and it was delicious. I think he may be trying to get off of the grounds keeping staff and be a concierge, hey Excellence, move him! He’s great! The no smoking on your balconies is ridiculous and the fact that EVERYTHING closes at 12:00am is the biggest complaint I have, we don’t go on vacation to go to bed!

This trip was great. We paid just a tad more than we normally do and it was very clearly worth every dollar! The service is above and beyond. Antonio at the pool was AMAZING. So friendly and quick and such a hard worker. You can tell the employees value their job and work hard. Rooms were clean, service was great, food was great. Couldn’t ask for more.

This was the best vacation we’ve ever had. The rooms were sooo nice, the food was delicious, we couldn’t even pick a favorite restaurant because they were all amazing. The buffet for breakfast was fantastic and had pretty much every option possible. The activities and nightly shows were probably our favorite part, the entertainment staff was AMAZING, especially Chris, Alejandro, Angel (with an O!!) and Alex. They all made the extra effort to remember everyone’s names which just makes you feel special. There are activities all day long, and something for everyone. We loved beach volleyball, went to aqua fun every day, going out on the catamaran, mud therapy, and yoga. Karaoke and the silent party were a blast. The resort is absolutely beautiful. We are already planning our return next year.

My wife and I have found our all-inclusive home. We are a 71 and 72 year old couple, and just got back from an 8 night visit to Excellence, our fifth visit. Yes, we had a wonderful swim-out room, yes, the restaurants and bars were great. What makes Excellence stand above the rest, their people are so very GOOD. Professional, friendly and ready to help. Compliments to Carlos, patio server in breakfast buffet who never forgot our mango mimosas, Hubert also in the patio breakfast. Leelan in Concierge who somehow remembers us from years past. Raul and Moises at the beach beds, Ernesto at Spice and Manuel at Magna. To Arnes at the breakfast egg station, a big hello from Tomas Moro, thank you for the best huevos rancheros in Cancun. Every visit is a privilege. Thank You Excellence !!!

Beautiful hotel. Wildlife is amazing. The only place with consistently excellent customer service and entertainment activities that we actually enjoy along with the night shows and singer’s. The staff really has a customer service amazing I could say 10/10 to mention some of them this guy from entertainment his name is Eder I think. Well hi is very engaged and friendly, the singer Claudia Trevino as well, We definitely be back next year.

The rooms were spotless and the spacious accommodations were excellent. Food was excellent, views were beautiful as well from our room to standing by the beach. The entertainment was also really good. Just an all around great place to escape. I do have to say the wait staff that served us poolside were by far the best service we ever had by 2 gentlemen named Hugo Sanchez and Santos Broca. They were friendly and respectful. We would absolutely go every year now to this resort.

This place was amazing. Fancy but also a fun lively atmosphere. Amazing service. Loved playing tennis with Alex and would recommend to bring your tennis racquet if you have a trip planned here. 50$ for over an hour of training is an amazing price and that was a big highlight of my trip. My girlfriend and I cannot wait to be back and will come for at least a week next time.
