Por fuera es lindo pero la habitación se encontraba con papeles debajo de la cama a pesar de que la revisaron antes. La chapa de la puerta estaba rota al igual que la toalla de baño. Por ultimo cuando uno va al desayuno no tiene calefaccion la que recien la encienden a leña mientras uno está desayunando estando en pleno invierno.No me quejaria si el precio fuera barato pero por 45 nil la noche debiese ser mejor

An excellent Hotel - welcoming staff - super comfortable rooms - warm and cosy - a great location - Definitely one of the most charming places to stay in Puerta Natales !!! I would definitely recommend this to any friends who are going to travel here

Un hôtel de charme proche du centre mais les chambres sont très sonores, le service est standard et le petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus. C’est dommage car les chambres supérieures et le coin restau et petit déjeuner est très sympa et chaleureux.

An increíble little hotel in PNT. Cozy rooms, extremely comfortable beds and linens and hot showers (great post-“O circuit”) stay. They serve espresso and some baked goods in the lobby, which are delicious. The staff is warm and carrying and held a bag for me while I was on the trek. Breakfast is delicious as well!
