Pristine Patagonia Hotel
"Good spot and provided breakfast as I was leaving on an excursion before the breakfast hours."
Hotel Costaustralis
"Very good! Good choice!!"
Hostal Don Guillermo
"Cute small local hostel. Good for two nights before hiking"
Alto Balmaceda
"Good facilities and very helpful."
Cipreses
"Cozy clean room, comfortable dining area"
Hotel Vendaval
"This is a very dishonest hotel. I booked the room and paid for it through trip, com but the front desk staff asked me to pay for the room during check-ins,I said I had already paid online, he said he didn't receive it, and I had to pay again. After that, I reported this repeated charge to Trip.com, and Trip.com checked with the hotel, but the hotel has not replied so far. This kind of dishonest hotel must let everyone know to avoid being fooled"
Leyna's Home
"The price-quality ratio was very satisfactory. The bed was very comfortable. The room was a little dusty but acceptable. However, I find it odd that I never met anyone from the hostel, and no check-in or check-out was performed."
Hostal Alcázar
"Great hotel, good spot, expected better service"
Hotel Martín Gusinde
"Great hotel. Clean room, nice bathroom, friendly staff. Breakfast was great. Something for everyone and the chef makes fresh eggs to order. I have food allergies and they accommodated me very well. It is located in a good area with quick access to many restaurants. A pleasant experience overall."

Hostal Galvarino Puerto Natales
"Good service! Good room, wide and clean. Simply bathroom, but with a good toilet and a box wide. Satisfactory breakfast, no luxury, but with everything fresh. It has a normal stairway for the rooms, which stay in the second floor. The furniture is older, but it doesn't smell mopho. My husband is allergic and he had no allergy problem there. All right. I recommend!"
Hostal Oasis
"A must-stay when visiting Torres del Paine National Park! Excellent! The entire family of the innkeepers is incredibly friendly! They even upgraded us to a spacious triple room with plenty of space near the beach – perfect for a relaxing stroll. Natalies is ideal for a truly relaxing stay. There are several restaurants nearby, and a supermarket isn't far. They even heated milk for us daily. The kitchen staff were always busy, keeping the inn very clean. The house was beautifully decorated with green plants, the room was heated and comfortable, and they even provided a laundry service where you could spin-dry your clothes and dry them in the yard. The inn was fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and kettle. Highly recommended! Kudos to Ctrip customer service – their coordination and communication were exceptionally smooth and proactive. I highly recommend Oasis Inn."
DT Loft
"Really cool apartments, really comfy beds and a good shower. Its good to have youre own kitchen facilities too, especially with early morning starts and you need a coffee to kick start your day. Staff were really helpful, breakfast ingredients supplied were grea, location fantastic for shops and resturants too. Will definitrly stay here again when we come back. Highly recommended. Thanks for a lovely stay.."
Hostal Alamo Patagonico
"It's not quite a hostel, more like a small, self-operated hotel. The decor is quite new and nice."
Sheuen Patagonia
"Away from the center, but within walking distance of shops, restaurants, etc. (about 15 minutes walk to the bus terminal). Very quiet location. The room was large, but the furnishings were spartan. Taxis cost 2500 pesos within the center."
Lady Florence Dixie
"The hotel is located in the centre of Puerto Natales, within walking distance of the main square, a large grocery store, and the artisanal village. The location is ideal for exploring the city and for taking day trips to the national parks of Patagonia. The atmosphere was that of a family‑run hotel, with very kind staff at the reception and throughout the property. The room had a smart TV with plenty of channels, and I could even watch sports for free, which is rare in hotels. Breakfast was good, served in the downstairs restaurant near the reception, featuring carved wooden chairs and spotless tablecloths that changed colour each day. Breakfast is served from 6 AM, but one morning it was already available at 5:30 AM, which is very convenient for people leaving the hotel early for the various treks in the national parks. The room next to the stairs was sometimes a bit noisy in the early morning hours."
Hostal Bellavista Patagonia
"Good value for money, friendly staff, and a decent breakfast to start the day"
Puma House
"It's fine, but they only turn on the heating after I specifically ask. There's no hot water for washing hands and clothes... Everyone else has hot water."
