Pristine Patagonia Hotel ★★★
"Good friendly helpful hotel in P Natales. Veroneta (hope I get her name correct) was very friendly and helpful. Great location short walk to many restaurants. Has great sea view from the bedroom. Very enjoyable stay at Pristine Patagonia Hotel."
Hotel Costaustralis ★★★★
"Excellent"
Hostal Don Guillermo ★★★
"A small hotel near the bus station. Convenient for getting to the waterfall in the morning."
Alto Balmaceda ★★★
"The room was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly."
Hotel Vendaval ★★★
"The hotel is among the best during my trip. The layout has a Norwegian feel to it, very practical and efficient. The staff here is truly a gem, very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. It's so comfortable that I will definitely choose to stay here again. The downside is the lack of lifts, but the staff will offer help to carry the luggage."
Leyna's Home
"I was satisfied because the owner was kind and it was good value for money. I wish the shower water pressure was a bit stronger."
Hostal Alcázar ★★
"Overall it was a good experience. Very near to bus terminal, if you are reaching to puerto natales by bus. This place also have a restaurant, if you are lazy to go out on a cold night dinner. Bit far from the center though, and its a 20-25 mins walk away. I booked this place last minute, since my original accommodation was cancelled due to some power outage"
Hotel Martín Gusinde ★★★
"Very very Very clean amazing and variety breakfast personal very Nice and respectful close to the wonderful restaurante and square and very close to the monuments and Boardwalk the city is very quiet and clean"
Toore Patagonia
"The accomodation at Toore Patagonia was perfect. It was very quiet and as we were in the upstairs room we had a view of the mountains. It's tastefully decorated and very clean with a comfy bed, seating area and a small kitchen section. It is self catering but Puerto Natales is filled with really lovely coffee shops so its's easy to buy breakfast for the next day. The one thing worth noting is that coffee shops in Puerto Natales seem to open later on Sunday. We had a mid morning bus to catch and struggled to find anything open at 8.30. There is a a very good restaurant across the street called Je Chef and a laundry next door. As we only had two days in the area we organised a boat trip with Tourism May 21 and a hike with W Circuit - Trekking in Patagonia. Both were really good."

"Great place for the price. The WiFi signal is weak for the rooms at the back it kept disconnecting. The heater was not working that well the one in the bathroom worked well though but there were abundant blankets. Other than that for the price it was a great place. The girl that takes care of the place is a darling. Always willing to help. Location was great very close to the central plaza and the waterfront."
Hostal Galvarino Puerto Natales
"Good service! Good room, wide and clean. Simply bathroom, but with a good toilet and a box wide. Satisfactory breakfast, no luxury, but with everything fresh. It has a normal stairway for the rooms, which stay in the second floor. The furniture is older, but it doesn't smell mopho. My husband is allergic and he had no allergy problem there. All right. I recommend!"
Apartment by Toore Patagonia
Noi Indigo Patagonia
"The room wasn't big, but the service was quite good. Breakfast was just okay."
DT Loft

Hotel Saltos del Paine
"Really nice Hotel, with a fantastic location. The location of the Hotel was perfect, as it was less than a 5 minute walk from the Lake, which was stunning. Hotel was very clean & the Manager was really nice & he couldn’t do enough for you! Really recommend staying here ❤️"
Lady Florence Dixie
"The hotel says it is the oldest in Puerto Natales, a gateway to Torres del Paine, and it looks the part. It seems to meet the needs of backpacking groups and perhaps we just got a bad room that has seen better days but perhaps hasn’t had many good days. The staff is nice though and eager to please."
Hostal Bellavista Patagonia
"The rooms are a bit small. It's a family-run hotel with shared facilities such as a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and washing machine. The owners and their family are very friendly and helpful!"
Sheuen Patagonia
"We were only there for three nights and they were very comfortable. The room and bathroom were big enough and clean. The room is only cleaned if you want it to be, but that was fine for us. The breakfast was very good compared to other hotels. The location was also good and nice and quiet. Highly recommended"
Hostal Oasis
"A must-stay when visiting Torres del Paine National Park! Excellent! The entire family of the innkeepers is incredibly friendly! They even upgraded us to a spacious triple room with plenty of space near the beach – perfect for a relaxing stroll. Natalies is ideal for a truly relaxing stay. There are several restaurants nearby, and a supermarket isn't far. They even heated milk for us daily. The kitchen staff were always busy, keeping the inn very clean. The house was beautifully decorated with green plants, the room was heated and comfortable, and they even provided a laundry service where you could spin-dry your clothes and dry them in the yard. The inn was fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and kettle. Highly recommended! Kudos to Ctrip customer service – their coordination and communication were exceptionally smooth and proactive. I highly recommend Oasis Inn."
