SHEUEN staff was very accommodating to our needs and requests. They were so great and took care of us. Extremely friendly people. Great free breakfast and nice and clean rooms. If I could give them an 6/5 stars I would.

The facility was so clean. They let us keep our bags securely while we went to Patagonia. They gave recommendations on where to buy a hat and the breakfast was good! I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is a little far from the center of the city. The room condition is good, but very cold at night. Furthermore, they had not cleaned my room for three days. They even charge the additional towel. What's even more troubling is they lipped me off the tour fee.
They recieved CLP40,000 as a brokerage fee for two people.
I will never stay this hotel again!

Clean, modern property at a great value. Staff was very accommodating and was available to chat on WhatsApp. Loved the common kitchen and lounge area for standard rooms. 5-15 minute walk from everything in town.

Sheuen Patagonia is a fantastic, reseanably priced place to stay in Puerto Natales while enjoying this beautiful area including Torres del Paine & Bernardo O’Higgins National Parks in Chilean Patagonia. The hotel is charmingly bohemian in a residential neighborhood that is a short walk to downtown. Rooms are clean, modern & comfortable including a breakfast buffet that is very good w/made-to-order eggs. The staff is wonderful & very helpful-in particular we appreciated Luis & Alicia. They also gave us great restaurant recommendations. Finally, do not miss the opportunity to enjoy a drink in the rooftop bar w/beautiful views overlooking Puerto Natales & the harbor.

Our company Adland Tours is travel agent from Australia who runs boutique tours to South America. It is particularly important to us that we find places for our guests that we can be excited about. Shuen hostel is much more than the name might suggest. Its a cute small hotel. The rooms are classy and modern and the facilities are great. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY THE STAFF ARE JUST WONDERFUL. We had a last minute problem with a bus from Puerto Natales to Puntas Arenas and not only did the staff jump right on helping us make a new booking - they even drove one of our business partners down to the bus station and helped organise new tickets. We know we will be using this place again every time we are here in the future

During our visit to Torres del Pine we spent one night in this hotel. The rooms are very large and comfortable. Very good breakfast. The hotel is well located for exploring Puerto Natales on foot. Free and secure parking.
