酒店整體不錯，我們是中午12點多到的，被告知不能提前辦理入住，房間不大，還算乾淨，入住時老闆會給一張地圖，告訴你中心區、超市、換錢的地方，很貼心。值得一提的是酒店的早餐非常不錯，有熱的牛奶非常棒！酒店沒有電梯，我們住3樓，老闆貼心地幫我們提行李，走時幫我們叫出租車，有不明白的地方他都會耐心回答。謝謝老闆！

Posizione non male, 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Camere spaziose e abbastanza luminose. Colazione accettabile, uova strapazzate preparate al momento. Pulizia ok. Anche qui purtroppo il bidet non esiste. Doccia comoda e acqua piacevolmente calda.

Hotel muito bom. Localização é boa, fomos caminhando tanto para o terminal de ônibus como para a praia e para as principais atrações da cidade. Bom café da manhã, preparam ovos mexidos na hora. Atendimento espetacular, sobretudo do Sr. Ricardo, muito prestativo, inclusive foi à rodoviária trocar nossa passagem. Wifi bom e cofre no quarto. Únicas ressalvas é que não tem frigobar e a cortina não tem black out. Uma observação importante é que não aceitam cartões de débitos estrangeiros, como Wise, então antes de reservar, melhor se certificar se já estão aceitando.

The accommodation was pretty basic, but clean and quiet. Good location for people who don’t have a car - 3 blocks to the Main Street of the town, 5 blocks to the bus terminal (important for catching that early bus to Torres del Paine), and 2 blocks to Erratic Rock and a few good restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and allowed us to store some luggages at the hotel while we were doing the W Trek. Good good breakfast with fresh made eggs. Overall a great value. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Acogedor hotel, las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y cómodas. El personal es muy atento y amable. Olvidé un anillo de oro en la habitación y lo mantuvieron en resguardo en recepción hasta que fui a buscarlo.

Lugar impecable, bonito, buen diseño, 5 minutos del centro, excelente atencion, buen desayuno. El unico comentario es que tiene que arreglar la fachada, pasto o plantas en el frontis del hotel
