Nice location right on the private beach. The path to the beach leads over a footbridge with ponds with ducks and birds. Beautiful gardens. Room facilities are simple and outdated, but clean.
Foothills bathrooms should be refreshed. Wifi for a fee is no longer up to date and should be included. Alcoholic drinks in the all-inclusive offer tend to be cheaper and lower quality. You pay extra for better quality. The food is sufficient, sometimes the freshness and quality is lacking.
Staff is friendly and do a good job.
The hotel has potential but there is certainly still room for improvement.

top service very good food only complaint the wify and safe not included. excellent alcohol. very good sports service. as well as the spectacle and the show Friday and Saturday also a disco a**osphere of the hotel for the majority of Dominicans August 15 the divine beach.

Only 15 minutes from the airport is great!. But expect a long wait to check in as the staff have more important things to do than check people in. Having someone take you to your room can take an hour even if you paid extra for a Superior room and the room was ready. Resort pictures online are probably 15 years old. The gym is very small and has only a few pieces of equipment and weights. 3 people fill the room! My room was small and everything was old and falling apart. Door didn't lock to the balcony. towels were old, coffee maker was old and dirty, phone didn't work, tv barely worked. My room flooded during when it rained because the patio overflowed. The big negative is no hot water on Saturday's and Sunday because they have a deal for local Dominicans who apparently love the hot water so the resort turns it off while they are at the resort. The service at the restaurants and the buffet was excellent. The food was not great but not as good as other resorts i have stayed at in Puerto Plata. Entertainment was great and the pools were also good but needed repairs. I wish that i spoke better Spanish as there is definitely preferential trea**ent to other Dominicans and Spanish speaking guests. The beach is okay but you need to walk a km in either direction to find a beach with clear water. My last comment is there were too many vendors and Timeshare sales people that approached you every 5 minutes if you stay at the beach. My last comment is I didn't get sick and there were no drunken people creating problems. Lots of really nice people at the resort
