The best little resort we have been too. We have been here 4 times and just love it and very very sad that it has closed. All of the Staff are just wonderful, friendly and nice. We stayed in the Sun Club Adult section which was the best. private bar, private pool, room service. We are going to miss it very mush

We have been here many times. It’s always been one of our favourites. It’s clean, people are great, food is ok, with decent selections, and 3 good choices for a la carte restaurants. They have an interactive restaurant as well. Sun club is usually worth it in my opinion. Unfortunately, the resort was closing the day we checked out. We could tell that our usual service and expectations were less than normal. Which we understood. Overall it was still a nice resort to visit

Excellent resort- beautiful scenery and flowers. The staff at the Sunclub were excellent especially Julissa and Nichole. Elizabeth at the buffet great service and always knew what you needed. The Coco Cafe was great - the cappuccinos were fantastic. So sad that Sunscape is closing.

Muy hermoso hotel me encantó mucho la comida la bebida las avitaciones son muy limpias y acogedora los show son muy divertido el del mago fue Mu divertido el personal es muy amable y capacitado bombón y jordany son muy atentos me gustó mucho la playa

Sunscape of Puerto Plata is great place to go to if you want to relax. Food was great. Drinks are basics but for the price of the hotel acceptable. Rooms were nice and clean, air conditioning was great. They need to do better with around the pool and beach where they have no-one serving. If you need a drink you need to walk to the bar.

This is my second time to Sunscape and am very sad to hear it is closing. The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. Jordany is awesome!!! Great service I’m gonna miss this place a lot but also gonna miss the people who are working down there Bombom is also great and Luis thanks guys

No recuerdo las veces que e vendio al hotel desde el tiempo de barcelo hasta sunscape mi segunda casa indiscutiblemente buenas atenciones comida muy criolla y diferentes opciones show diferentes toda las noches animacionas siempre a sido estupendo con wilian como director sus chicos jordany bombom luis dora evelin estupendos

We found stale, slimy and smelly watermelon and beans in the buffet multiple times. We also saw completely dried up pancakes and other meat and items like chicken coz they were directly placed on a hot surface. Other than food, the place was clean and reasonably priced.

18 veces e visitado este hotel así que a sido mi casa desde entonces siempre e venido con mis nietas y chocar con la realidad del hotel que va a cerrar en nuy chocante para mi y mi familia ya que nos sentiamos nuy agusto en el hotel muy bien servicio buena animación con jordány lo conocí el año anterior y este año lo volví a ver muy buen trabajador
