La atención del personal es excelente en general, son muy atentos (agradezco la cordial atención de Jennifer, en recepción). Con respecto al hotel me desilusiono un poco (siendo socio de Viva Club), en ciertas áreas se nota el paso del tiempo y la falta de mantenimiento. La habitación muy limpia, la cama y almohadas cómodas, pero tenía algunas cosas rotas (perdidas en el baño, a la puerta le faltaban algunas partes). La comida bien en general y en los restaurantes a la carta, me pareció excelente (en el bufet V Kitchen nos atendieron de primera, sobre todo Sussy Elisa, Marlene Isabel, Tony y Ranfi). El viva café también excelente y la atención de Sara Inés. El bar de la piscina tiene una muy buena variedad de tragos y una excelente atención (gracias a: Aurelio, Betty, Yanet y especialmente a Orelvis). Con respecto a la animación, no nos tocaron días lluviosos y en la playa no pudimos hacer muchas actividades, pero si se pudo en el resto del hotel, quizás al estar la piscina alejada de la playa, la mayoría de las actividades se concentran ahí (Agradezco a: Aladdin, Kankan y en especial a Lulu y Rafael, ambos muy simpáticos y divertidos, también agradezco a la gente de deportes, Alemán y su Supervisor que no anote su nombre al igual que el encargado del gimnasio)

Viva Heavens is a good resort with very little activities and more visited by seniors tourist. Only local liquor available if you are not member of their club, no even paying for a drink of special drinks

No towels at the pool on day one . Same food every day with no selection . Poor entertainment alcohol was terrible just a dull outdated hotels

The size is just right if you enjoy a more personal stay. Stadd are very friendly and gelpful, the rooms are cleaned well daily. The only thing that i did not like is there is no elevators.

We stayed at this resort, April 2024 It’s a small resort which we love The rooms are dated, but for the most part fairly clean. First off our room was promised to be ready by three. It was not ready at three or 330. This is frustrating for anyone when we have all been up since early hours of the morning. The entertainment team was half-and-half some never even spoke to us. Others were super outgoing. Valentina and Angelique definitely stood out to us and made our stay amazing Food was OK but nothing over the top We ate lunch at the beach restaurant most days, but it was very repetitive I love chicken and it’s one of the only things I eat, but it was hard to find on a daily basis There are two women’s washrooms at the beach and one of them was out of service for our entire 10 days I felt this was a problem. There was one toilet for everyone at the beach. I reported this to the front desk several times and nothing was done. One of the things I definitely did not like was that the coffee shop didn’t open till 9 o’clock in the morning way too late for me. It closed at five however I went in at 4:40 One day and they told me they couldn’t serve me because they were busy cleaning up , so I guess it closes at 4:30 these hours need to be extended in my opinion. Our weekend stay was full of locals and tons of children, taking over the resort and the pool If anyone needs me to expand on this, I will it was very frustrating to say the least

The rooms were not comfortable at all,the beds are old,you can not swim on the beach because they don’t clean it the beach is very dirty.

Fue una muy linda experiencia en familia. Precioso lugar para descansar, pasear, hacer playa y divertirse, lo cual, junto a gente muy cálida y amable resultó en una muy linda experiencia. Asimismo, es cercano a paseos muy interesantes lo que permite otras experiencias. Lo recomiendo.

El hotel es muy cómodo y disfrutable, las instalaciones están preciosas y a una escala justa para recorrer cortas distancias entre ellas. El staff del hotel es un equipo fabuloso. Nos divertimos mucho, nos hicieron sentir en casa y estuvieron siempre muy atentos. Ponen mucho empeño y alegría al realizar su trabajo. Muchas gracias a todos!

La padd muy bien en el viva en mi opinion no mejor de este hotel es la animacion, me diverti mucho con lis muchachos en general perl especialmente con Gaby y isauri ellos dos son muy buenos colaboradores isauri es muy simlatica y Gaby igual, gracias por hacer nuestras vacaciones muy bonitas
