Malinis naman po! Pero Diko alam bat nangangati yung toddler ko. Maganda yung hotel kids friendly may play house at may pool for kids. Gandaaaaa. Then hinatiran ako ng breakfast sa room kc di ako maka baba kc may mga infant at toddler thank you! Masarap din yung foods 😍😍😍
Malapit din sa Robinsons Palawan, Starbucks and many more ❤️.

Room 511 sink problem and shower problem.. I will give the staff 8/10
indoor playground closed at 6pm.. they have lots of staff there they should consider extending it until 8pm..

A 5 star service , most specially the receptionist were very accommodating and make our stay smooth. Convenient to Robinson’s mall , Starbucks and some restaurants just walking distance from the property.

This is a good hotel to stay for families especially their family riom. The breakfast food is good and is a good variety. It changes daily.

Stayed three nights, it’s a nice hotel with potential. Service varied between the workers but the majority of the workers were pleasant. Used the pool/bar area on our first night there but didn’t return there again as it wasn’t very organised with not enough towels for people swimming. Ended up having to go back to the room dripping wet which seemed fine for the staff at the pool and bar but introduced some hazards with wet slippery tiles in the hallways and hotel lifts. I think the hotel is a little under resourced with the essential items to have a completely comfortable experience. The location though is second to none with being next door to a large Robinsons shopping centre, Starbucks, and other great eating establishments.
