room too small for 2 twin beds. Wished for king bed not available. Bed was no and difficult to get up from. We almost fell on the edge of the bed getting out. Did not like soap, body shampoo,conditioner in fixed container. They didnt smell good. We would prefer separte face soap andeach shower body sop, shmpoo nd condition in separate containers. Slippers could be a better non slip quality on tiled room. Breakfast buffet can use a lot of improvement. It would help if you had some traditional meats like bacon and ham. Also at least two or three more cheese selections. Lobby room needs more cooling systems to mke it comfortable while we are waiting during checkin and checking out or waiting for tour guides and transport. Your shining asset was your courteous and approachable service and desk staff.

It was a restful stay for 4 nights and 5 days.
After sunset, I was able to enjoy a swim in the rooftop pool.
I was impressed by the service that prepared breakfast sandwiches even at early morning check-out (3:30 am).
Trip travel agency was always available in the lobby, so it seemed easy to make a reservation.
Breakfast was also good.

Modern hotel with interesting architecture. Everything is clean, check-in is quick, and at the hotel you can immediately buy excursions around the area, including to the underground river or fireflies. There is a great pool with a bar on the roof and a good SPA. The bathrooms in the rooms are uniquely designed; you can wash your face right next to the bed. There is a large Robinson supermarket nearby. Quite a decent breakfast, in pleasant interiors.

There is a really nice rooftop, restaurant and bar. The rooms were very clean and the service was good. If I come back to Palawan, I will stay here.
