"The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. There are 2 swimming pools available which is great. Restaurant’s food is amazing too! However, it seemed like the hotel was understaffed. We arrived around 11:30am, but since the check-in is strictly at 2pm, we went for lunch at the restaurant first. However, when we came back at 2pm, they made us wait for another 30mins because there was only 1 receptionist and it took her a long time to process the family ahead of us. Housekeeping also came late even if we put up the “makeup room” sign before we left for our tour. When we came back at 4pm, our room was still untouched, and the housekeeping only arrived at 5:30pm. Soundproofing was also not as good. We could hear our neighbor upstairs moving the furniture at 4am."

"The furnitures are kind of wornt out snd the bed sheets have so many stains and marked of molds. We booked different rooms and for suite rooms, when we asked for bathrobe, they don't want to provide because our room is only suite. We're just asking for bathrobe, which I think is basic."

"This hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the airport, which makes it incredibly convenient for travelers. They offer a free shuttle to the airport, which was very helpful. The breakfast was also decent, with enough variety to start the day well. Although my check-in experience wasn’t perfect, the staff handled it as best they could. My room wasn’t ready when I arrived, and since the hotel was fully booked, I didn’t get the twin room I had reserved. However, they were quick to accommodate my family by adding an extra bed for the kids, which made the situation more manageable. Overall, the location, amenities, and helpful staff make this hotel a solid choice for airport travelers. With a little improvement in managing bookings, it would be even better."

"Good base for short stays in puerto princesa. Fairly new, clean rooms, good shower bathrooms. Comfortable bed. 15 min tuk tuk from puerto princesa seafront. 10 min walk to modern robinson mall"

"The accommodation, the pool and garden with beautiful flowers were super nice to recover from our Balabac trip in the south. The staff was very sweet and helpful. The room is a bit old, the shower could only be cold or way too hot and the lock of the door did not work. The owner tried to fix it immediately, but unfortunately without success. The bed was very comfortable! Furthermore, we had a great time here together and slept well!❤️"
