Terrible hotel!!! Never book it!!!
We booked this hotel for one night before our flight after a holiday in El Nido.
We had a reservation for a luxury villa. We arrived at the hotel around 18:00 and they put us in a terrible tiny room with cardboard walls, two beds, mosquitoes, dirty floors, ants in the bathroom. The furniture is all old; in my grandmother’s village everything is more decent.
To our question “is this a luxury villa?” They told us that no, but they don’t have any other numbers today, so live here.
We read the reviews about this hotel, it turns out that they consider it normal. Either guests who arrive late will not be accommodated at all, or they will be accommodated in the outskirts.
Thank God we only had to spend a few hours in this wonderful establishment before the plane. They have a paid transfer for early flights.

A very nice hotel. I traveled here when I got married. There is free airport pick-up and drop-off (only during the day). I am a local aborigine for 12 years, believe me. I always choose this place for my family vacations.

Perfect welcome and the gentleman at the reception helped me a lot with a taxi who wanted to rip me off, telling me you'll see, we'll ask the receptionist and that it's the real price only he himself was in shock at the amount for a trip 4 minutes yes really 4 minutes by car as it was the middle of the night and I didn't know the place only I knew very well that he was lying. The receptionist and him spoke to each other in their language and told her that it was not correct. The hotel was magnificent with its garden even though it rained a lot. I met 3 cats from the hotel. Thanks to him for the help anyway :)

I made a reservation about a week ago and arrived at the hotel around 11pm because we had a night flight. However, the hotel staff said that we had to sleep in a different hotel because our room was given to another customer. When I heard the reason, the other room was painted, and the guest in that room was allergic to the smell of the paint, so they were sent to our room. Then, since they booked another hotel, they told me to go there too confidently and brazenly. We asked if it was right to send that customer, not us, but they didn't listen to us. And we were 4 people, and at first, they arranged for another hotel for a 2-person room. And when we protested, they gave us another room. And the combined price for the other two hotel rooms was cheaper than the room originally booked. And the attitude of the boss was shameless and not sorry. Thanks to that, from the first day of our trip, we were very tired and in a bad mood.
Don't go to this hotel. There are rooms that smell of paint and an unfriendly boss

Just an overnight quick stay before shooting off to el Nido. Beds where junk, bathrooms dirty and calcified. Other than that served its purpose.
