Hotel was nice but we turned up and the room we had booked was not available.
Got upgraded was nice but the toilet was leaking every time we flushed and so was the bath into the room.
Bed was comfy and the aircon worked well. Staff all very helpful.

The hotel is located close to the airport, the journey takes 15 minutes on foot. From 5 am there is a free chateau bus to the airport.
Breakfast was not included in the hotel price. The price was approximately $4 on site at the hotel, payment at the reception. Breakfast is very modest. Not worth the money.
We booked a tour to the underground river at the hotel. Price 2500 pesos per person. More expensive than in offices. At the reception they can’t really tell you what’s included in the tour. They just said that everything is included. We took almost no extra money with us. We paid the guide who picked us up, he asked us to pay an extra 150 pesos per person. Suddenly.

Friendly and helpful staff. Free airport shuttle service. Clean room. Hot water and AC. Quilts on the bed, not just bedsheets! Loved our short stay here. Easy for transportation as it is very close to the main road. Nice restaurant (a bit pricey but good)

Booked this hotel mainly because of its location adjacent the airport and complimentary airport shuttle. We were coming off a 7 hr drive from El Nido and had another 7 hrs until our flight to Manila. We used the room for a quick nap and shower and it served its purpose. Room was clean and AC was cold. Shower pressure was average but no hot water.
I went to eat at their dining room and the first three times the waiter took my order he came back to tell me it was unavailable. At that point I’d just asked him to give me the list of what’s available and I’ll choose. They had rib tips and rice and it wasn’t too bad. All staff were friendly as well.
