Hotel was nice but we turned up and the room we had booked was not available.
Got upgraded was nice but the toilet was leaking every time we flushed and so was the bath into the room.
Bed was comfy and the aircon worked well. Staff all very helpful.

Отель находится недалеко от аэропорта,дорога пешком займет 15 минут. С 5 утра ходит бесплатный шато бас в аэропорт.
Завтрак не входил в стоимость отеля .цена примерно 4 $ на месте в отеле,оплата на стойке регистрации. Завтрак очень скромный.не стоит этих денег.
Заказали в отеле тур на подземную реку. Цена 2500 песо с человека.дороже,чем в офисах. На ресепшене сказать толком не могут ,что входит в тур. сказали только,что все включено. Мы дополнительных денег с собой почти не взяли.Оплачивали гиду, который забирал,он попросили доплатить фи по 150 песо с человека. Неожиданно.

Friendly and helpful staff. Free airport shuttle service. Clean room. Hot water and AC. Quilts on the bed, not just bedsheets! Loved our short stay here. Easy for transportation as it is very close to the main road. Nice restaurant (a bit pricey but good)
