It was a very nice stay and the employees were very accommodating. The food was good!

Asked them to rebook my room again because i couldn’t arrive because of the bad weather and they refused also the application trip tried to many times and they also refused they are not helpful or supportive. Very bad choice i’m not gonna book the hotel again.

The location is Good.
Thee breakfast options are good.
Very near to SM City Puerto Princesa.
Near Puerto Princesa Baywalk.
Very tiny Pool.
Nice Viewing Deck.

Booked for one night 2 room.  Everything was as expected, all was clean, staff was friendly.  The shower really needs to be changed.  And WiFi should work in 2024.  Basically the breakfast was too basic to call it breakfast.   But in summary for this fair price it was a good choice.

We had a nice over in Palawan and selected this hotel. Family room was a decent size and good air con. The ref was very small and didn’t work. Breakfast was nice,right by the small pool. Nice view deck on the roof. A bit pricey for what we got but overall not a bad stay.

I stayed at this hotel for over a week.   During my time here the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, I was always welcomed with a smile.  The air conditioned rooms are spacious and comfortable and have all you need in them.  I ate at the restaurant area on the top floor most days. The food was lovely as were the staff. It is a nice area up there to eat and also relax at the pool or see the city with the 360 degree views.   Whilst I was there staff members really went the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed in this hotel only one night to get the flight from Puerto Princesa to Manila the next day. Room OK, the linen were clean but screwed; the air conditioning makes a lot of noise, almost impossible to sleep with the connected apparatus; the bathroom was very bad, there was no shower shelter and the garden was not enough to avoid wetting the whole house the shower was not pressured to take a bath and there was no hot/smooth water would be enough; we had dinner in the restaurant, good food and a friendly staff. We had asked for early breakfast at the time of check in, since we had to leave at 6:00 and breakfast was served only from 6:30, they said they would warn the kitchen and prepare to take with us. It was time, nothing was prepared, nor they answered the phone. 

There is no elevator, it seems that most hotels in Palawan have no elevator. The hotel has a free pick-up and drop-off service. We are walking past, about 20 minutes. The hotel is on the main road, the room window is facing the roadside, very noisy, plus air conditioning, no sleep at night. The service is very good, there is no elevator, the waiter will bring the baggage up. Especially the security guard at the door, we asked him for breakfast, and took us over. Very enthusiastic from beginning to end.
