Hotel appeared beautiful. Then you get to your room which are in need of renovations. Why I gave a 1 in cleanliness was the ceilings had what appeared to be mold, and so did the bed sheets. There was no hot water and the fully stock bar was anything but full. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excelente estadía en el hotel, la atención del personal nos encantó, todos fueron muy amables. El servicio del spa también lo disfrutamos mucho, la calidad del servicio de primera!! Me habría gustado que el buffet fuera más variado en el desayuno. Volveremos sin duda.

Stayed here with family for one week April 13-20 and had a great time. It's located right in town and on a beautiful beach. The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed and had the most amazing views from the balcony, especially the sunsets. The food was great and the staff very polite and always willing to help. There are cabanas on the beach which can be rented at a reasonable price and well worth it. Good for families as the resort is easy to get around. Beach was not too crowded at all. Overall this was an amazing stay. Special thanks to Hotel Manager Luis A. and his assistant Karla for making this an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

We had a great time! There was 5 of us and we would definitely recommend this place. Antonio hosted the games by the pool and he was so wonderful!! We had a spacious room and large balcony. The hotel was very clean and everyone was so friendly. Beautiful place. Walmart is walking distance if you forget anything. Marina is only a 3 min walk. Everything is close by. Only a quick taxi ride to downtown PV. We ate a few times downtown and enjoyed every minute. We would go back in a heart beat!

El masaje terapéutico fue maravilloso, el servicio de las chicas fue muy bueno, todas son muy lindas, la presión es la adecuada y son muy atentas en todo momento, el trato de parte de todas es el mejor, las instalaciones está súper bien, recomiendo mil.

Excelente servicio en la alberca. Sobretodo por el mesero Wenceslao. Esperamos regresar pronto y seguir disfrutando de el paraíso playero. La única observación es para el restaurante francés la espera para los postres fue demasiada y al final ya que nos íbamos nos ofrecieron unos equivocados

La atención en recepción muy buena a la llegada y salida. Habitación muy cómoda, la cama y almohadas execelente. Servicio de meseros en área de alberca muy deficiente, aún y cuando reservé una cama balinesa con servicio preferencial, pasó muy poco (Félix). Mis felicitaciones a Wenceslao, el mejor mesero del hotel, muy amable, sencillo, carismático, cae muy bien. En cuanto a comidas, el desayuno deficiente, comida más o menos, snack bien y especialidades excelente. La alberca no es climatizada, por lo que se siente fría. Lo malo, la gente te aparta camastros y ni los usa, yo que iba con persona invidente, solo un día pudimos encontrar 1 camastro libre. Por la tarde, la gente en alberca era muy poca, casi sola la alberca y aún así no había camastros libres, ojo ahí! Reservé habitación vista parcial al mar y me dieron upgrade a una con alberca semi privada 100/10 esa habitación. Después de todo nos la pasamos muy bien, primera vez que vamos y estamos planeando regresar.

Dried snot on headboard, cockroach in bathroom, black mould around sinks and tub. Kids Club closed ant random times in the middle of the day. Only 2 restaurants a night with huge wait times. Staff are very nice and do the best they can. The premise itself is a 2 star at best. Be warned.
