This trip feels that Ctrip is very unprofessional:
1. The order shows that the reservation has been made successfully, but when I arrive at the hotel, I find that there is no such reservation
2. Assuming that the hotel does not give Ctrip a confirmation number, at least there is still time to notify the customer before check-in, why there is no such step
I had no choice but to contact Ctrip repeatedly, but what I got was more than three hours of waiting. During the period, the customer was asked to communicate with the front desk to see if there was any room available. The language barrier and the peak occupancy time made it impossible for them to work all afternoon. In the end, I had no choice but to live in a different hotel with my fellow team, and it took me an afternoon, and the purpose of team building was greatly compromised. Too much delay.

Pésimo servicio del personal de este hotel, el restaurante tiene filas ridiculas para entrar. Los meseros no son nada amables, y no quieren ofrecerte nada. Las aéreas comunes están muy sucias, evítate la pena de pasar unas malas vacaciones.

This is an average hotel all inclusive that is tired. Some updates in the rooms are needed. As a solo traveler I appreciate the security in and around the hotel. The shows start at 9pm and are loud. Don't expect to go to bed before 10:30 , 11:00. Food is average, many line ups to get seated. You need to get up fairly early to get a lounger on the beach. The ladies at the security at the beach are friendly and will always have a hello for you. It's clean.

I’m not high maintenance and came here with no expectations and so glad I did. Rooms were decent and for most part clean. Food is sub-par. The Coco cafe saved us in between meals. Food truck opens from 12-5pm serving hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos/cheese and potato chips. There is a guy inside serving drinks too. Preferential treatment given to local residents at bar/restaurants overall - that’s disappointing to see that we all are not treated equally. I waited too long to be acknowledged on so many levels. Saw the BIGGEST cockroach ever (length of palm of my hand) on main area of lobby where the travel agents sit 🙄 Travelled with an infant and only a few staff were courteous. It’s sad when you plan and look forward to an experience with an open mind and friendly disposition to be frowned upon and ignored. Loved the beach and sun and beautiful sunsets. We’ll be coming back to PV but never again to this resort.
