He visitado este hotel 4 veces, y hubo varios cambios unos buenos y otros malos. Lo bueno fue que ya hay shows y actividades en la alberca. Lo malo fue que antes había tequila premium y así lo siguen anunciando en su página y quitaron ese servicio de la alberca y cambiaron mucho el menú de las comidas.

La recepcionista tiene pésima actitud , además si solicitas servicio a cuarto fatal la actitud del personal , parece que ellos te hacen un favor al atenderte , lo único rescatable es que si buscas un hotel de descanso si es recomendable pero fuera de eso busca otra opción

We have visited this property for the past 5 years every year in December always have loved staying there. However this year they did not care who we were . Gave all the attention to brand new visitors looking to sell time shares only. The loyalty was non exsistsnt. Very cold very rude very uncomfortable

Desde que llegas al hotel los empleados son muy cálidos en su trato, estan muy bien cuidadas casi todas las áreas, la comida espectacular, es a la carta y las porciones son muy bastas, variedad en bebidas y destilados, cerveza corona en lata (punto extra ahí), estuvimos 6 días y no nos aburrió la comida ya que es muy buena y hay bastantes opciones, la noche mexicana una locura de bufete, todo riquísimo y todos super atentos, el hotel es muy pequeño y esto hace que el trato sea más personal y el traslado más cómodo, nada de fiesta ni gente ruidosa, incluso están construyendo una segunda torre de habitaciones y el ruido era mínimo, son muy cuidadosos con eso, José, José, Cesar y prácticamente todos los que nos atendieron en Mirador super amables, Victoria y otra chica (perdón son tantos) te reciben y son super amables, las areas: 1 restaurante de especialidad (van cambiando diario y es riquísimo todo) 1 pizzeria que están deliciosas (lastima que las probamos el último día), 1 cafeteria qué está abierta 24/7 (los mejores roles de canela qué he probado en mi vida y vaya que he probado) 1 restaurante a la carta que cambia el menú por horario, las mejores altas qué he probado y una excelente hamburguesa. Áreas de oportunidad: en los 6 días solo nos dejaron un botesito pequeño de crema para 3 personas y creo que es importantisima la crema al haber tanta resequedad en playa, podrían poner más atención en la alberca, ES TODO, no miento cuando digo que es de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado y de las mejores experiencias que he tenido, gracias a todo el personal y espero verlos muy pronto!! We always love coming to Sunset. We have been timeshare owners here since it was built. The staff Mario, Jose, Lilliana, Pedro, Hector, Juan, Ruben, Nicholas, Francisco, Raul, Rolando, Jorge and Raymondo to name a few are very friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back in the fall.

From the moment we arrived we were taken care of. We were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine and a cold cloth to refresh ourselves. The check in was seamless and we were quickly escorted to our room by Miguel who was extremely helpful. Miguel would greet us each day and ask if he could assist with anything. He was so great. All the staff were amazing and so ready to help. A special shout out to Miguel and also Raul who was always checking to see if we had everything we needed and to Gabriel who was the best server at the pool. They set up a buffet and tables by the pool on two occasions and had entertainment. So enjoyable. This is not a party place so if you are looking for night life this is not the place. If you just want great food and service and great people along with relaxation this is it.

I was good experience with buttler Raymundo casillas, Armando Gonzales and Jorge from the pool area, Hugo Lomeli was a supervisor for the waiters was dealing with him only one day and was super helpful, el mirador waiters, Raymundo and Hugo

The property has extra large rooms which limits the number of people staying hence reducing any chance of lines or overcrowding. There was always lounge chairs open by the pools every day we stayed. Never stood in line for anything. This is a property for people who aren’t looking for a party a**osphere. It’s a short cab ride into town anywhere and walkable to the Malecon. We would definitely stay here again.

La atención que recibes en el lugar es demasiado buena, siempre muy atentos, además la comida deliciosa, quedamos sumamente satisfechos con nuestra estancia en el hotel!!! El hotel es pequeño pero sin lugar a dudas muy acogedor y super limpio.
