Hotel was really nice. Only a few things I didn’t like being able to hear crying children from Hotel next door. There was One rude front desk gentleman. Wanted to eat Sushi one day during the week but it was closed.

This was the best hotel ever. Joel and Dani are freaking amazing. The servers that stood out are Junior and Miguel. The hotel is very clean and a definite must to come back. Always something to do. Dani was above and beyond great. There is so much to do off the resort as well. Rhythm of the night was the most incredible show I have ever seen. The only downfall was getting told there was nothing outside the resort when there was indeed stuff within walking distance. All the food here was amazing. If you needed anything the staff were on it. Chairs towels whatever it was. Housekeeping does a wonderful job and so so nice Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Such a great experience. Little delay on the room at the start but the rest was well worth the wait. Clean environment, gorgeous views, delious food. Carlos and Jose our butlers took care everything we need with best attitude and a smile. No request to big or small. Adrianna the wedding planner and team were phenomenal making sure it was an experience of a lifetime. Will be making plans to go back.

To start off with the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Pablo was there to answer all of our questions and help get our vacation started in the right direction. Leaving the resort we only found friendly people throughout town. Rhythms of the night dinner cruise was by far the best show we have ever seen. The staff at the pool were on the spot and kept you drinks as soon as you needed one. The entertainment was off the charts around the resort, Dani is an amazing host that is full of fun and humor and keeps the place bumping the whole time. Joel is also someone that is very helpful and a lot of fun to interact with. Hands down the best vacation we have ever taken. And the people you meet here and the friends you make are amazing also.

Our stay here was amazing! The staff are so kind and friendly. The rooms were clean and nice. The food was amazing. Especially Sweet Bites, we would go for a crepe everyday! Orlando is there everyday and makes the best treats. We will definitely be back!
