Hotel was really nice. Only a few things I didn’t like being able to hear crying children from Hotel next door. There was One rude front desk gentleman. Wanted to eat Sushi one day during the week but it was closed.

We had an extraordinary time at this resort. I’ve never met more friendly people in my entire life than the workers at this resort. You can tell they take pride in their country and want to share how amazing Mexico is by giving everyone the best time with excellent service. We were deeply impressed by the views, the food and drink, the service, the room, and especially our hotel host named Carlos at the Preferred resort and our waiter Adrian at the breakfast buffet. We will definitely be back. Te Amo Mexico!

It was my first all-inclusive experience and it was amazing. I never had a butler before and I do not think of that any Butler will ever exceed the service provided by Eduardo. He had the patience of a saint. He was extremely knowledgeable kind friendly funny and was always there. He walked a step through step with all of the ins and outs of the resort. And let me tell you I ask the same question over and over and over again. 😁. As a traveler I always have the "what ifs". You don't need to think about the "what ifs", with Equardo. Eduardo made things seamless. He was a true blessing! Lisa

Had a great week. Our butler, Carlos Miranda, did a great job. As well as, Danny "Chicken Little" in providing entertainment. The sunsets were especially amazing from this resort. We were able to really enjoy the food from all of the specialty restaurants, and the buffets were excellent for breakfast.

Wow! I will say the resort as a whole is First class. Our journey started with a wonderful upgrade to the preferred club where we met our Butler Eduardo (Eddie) he made everything super simple including running to grab my wife seltzers the hotel didn’t have and from there booked or texted at all hours of the day and made it over the top with exquisite. Our next wonderful experience started at breakfast the next day in the Market Cafe where we met Adrian, wow, what a good human and server. He made us feel like family and everyday had our drinks and all needs before we sat down. There was not a day we considered missing breakfast because of him and his partner Antonio. They told us about their families and life and provided great insight to PV! Do not miss the Market Cafe and make sure to sit with Adrian, you will Not regret. Lastly, the property is gorgeous, great pools and serving staff and more so very elegant in evenings with nice music and great vibes. Don’t look elsewhere, book Secrets Vallarta Bay.

Upon getting into our room in the Penthouse 15th floor, our mini-fridge didn't work, light was out in the ceiling, toilet seat was falling off the toilet, and one dresser drawer was filled with curtains. Water was warm at best for a couple days, then got better for a couple days, then the last 3 days it was ice cold. They maintain the entrance, but neglect the rooms. The employees try their best with little to no support from upper management. Food was great. Entertainment or lack there of was terrible. This was our 4th trip here and probably our last.

This was the best hotel ever. Joel and Dani are freaking amazing. The servers that stood out are Junior and Miguel. The hotel is very clean and a definite must to come back. Always something to do. Dani was above and beyond great. There is so much to do off the resort as well. Rhythm of the night was the most incredible show I have ever seen. The only downfall was getting told there was nothing outside the resort when there was indeed stuff within walking distance. All the food here was amazing. If you needed anything the staff were on it. Chairs towels whatever it was. Housekeeping does a wonderful job and so so nice Thank you for a wonderful stay.
