This is as you would expect from a holiday inn express and I feel like all you need for an airport hotel. Good free breakfast, close by and clean. The staff are super friendly, helpful and amazing. Only downside the 4th floor smelt a bit

First time staying at this property and we had a fantastic experience. The check in process was smooth and quick. We booked a suite and our room was super spacious with a great view. The suite came with a kitchenette with a mini fridge and a microwave. I did not expect this and was a nice surprise. The marina and the Marina Plaza is within walking distance and we visited both while we stayed here, the marina is filled with great restaurants, shopping, spas and beauty salons/barbers. Another big plus was the includes breakfast buffet, the food was actually pretty good! and surpassed our expectations. Overall super happy with our choice and would stay here again.

I reserved at “holiday inn express” yet I showed up and the friendly staff advised me I was booked at the holiday in suites down the road.
Well, that caused me to pay more for transportation (tip)…
It made no sense….my reservation via text (showed the express), indicated one property yet I was booked at another. I told the taxi driver and we were out the fair etc. thankfully the desk guy at the express was fun at and took care of us (Tony).
My advice - if this is a training issue then figure it out. Big inconvenience to us and it cost us a cab fare and my time.
I will reconsider booking this again in the future given the problems.
