Smelly Rooms such smoky smell and humid smell. All inclusive but food is not that good at all. Very Disappointed regarding the food.

Empezando muy bien la recepción,te atienden rápido y el chekin exelente te invitan a usar las instalaciones de inmediato muy buen punto,los meseros excelentemente bien muy atentos en especial Alfonso En el restaurante y en el bar David muy servicial. Y eficiente , la alberca muy limpia y bonita , la playa está a dos cuadras pero te llevan en una camioneta rápido , lo malo que no hay baños en la playa . Los alimentos de muy buena calidad y sabor, las bebidas un poco rebajadas les podrían aumentar con otras marcas de vino , en el restauran todo limpio pero les falta fumigar más seguido había una cucaracha en la barra de la parrilla , las habitaciones limpias el internet falla mucho en la habitación y mi TV nunca prendió . .. les doy un 7 .

Las instalaciones muy cómodas, bonitas y limpias, muy bien servicio por parte de todos. La limpieza de la habitación excelente! Camarista Andrea excelente. En la noche mexicana, el show estuvo muy bien, solo sugiero mejores organización y cuando van grupos grandes darles el lugar y organizar junto con el resto de los inquilinos ya que en lo personal fui en grupo y en las mesas siempre nos tocó estar separados de la familia y un comentario que una de las señoritas jóvenes meseras no cuido las formas de contestarnos, fue algo grosera al momento de quitarnos de cierto lugar en la noche mexicana.

Si quieres ser bien atendido con una excelente calidad es el lugar perfecto, la comida riquísima y variada, de los bastantes hoteles que he asistido es el que mejor alimentos sirven y la verdad el sazón es magnífico. Esta es la tercera vez que asistí y no cabe duda del porqué lo volvimos a elegir, sin duda un lugar ideal para descansar y sentirte en casa. Gracias a todos los trabajadores por su bonita atención

Staff was friendly. Unpacked in room only to discover zero electrical outlets by the beds so no place to plug in CPAP machine. Laura at front desk went with me to check the 5 unoccupied rooms and 2 of the 5 had an outlet by the bed. Thus, we were able to move to new room w outlet although that required packing & unpacking again on an already long travel day. Cutbacks in food quality and entertainment were noticeable but understandable given the high inflation in food costs.
