We come here every year for 6 weeks and love it here. Staff is friendly and very courteous and speak good English. Our one bedroom suite is perfect and the beds and pillows are good. The food is excellent and there is lots to chose from. It is located in a great location and close to shopping and the male on about a 10 minute taxi ride. Our maid Paula that omes every night to turn down the bed and leaves cookies and chocolate. She is very pleasant and friendly. The waiters are awesome. Joaquin, Daniel, Ernesto, Lorenzo, Celestino and Hugo. There are many others in lauding maids etc that are great. Gemma and Kayori are very helpful in elite office. Great place to stay.

This resort awesome. The grounds are beautiful and kept up very well. The beach is perfect and being cleaned everyday. The employees are like family. The front desk people are all kind and accommodating. Brian (bellman) and others greet you with a smile and a hug. Alway willing to help with anything you might need. Around the pool are…Gaspar, Marco, Rodrigo,Carlos,Jesus, these men work hard with a smile and willingness to make your time at the pool or beach great. I appreciate these men so much. As well as the pool cleaners as they’ve got a big job everyday. The waiters are great, always there to take an order… but not annoying you if you are just relaxing. They are helpful and you can tell they enjoy their job. Joaquin and Jared, are always willing to go beyond serving to moving chairs around to accommodate groups. Thank You Villa Del Palmar for another wonderful vacation. See you next year. Hilda and Fred
