I’ve stayed here before I was happy to come back! Such a wonderful experience It’s location and surroundings are perfect The restaurant is great! I made 3 friends with the staff Bianca Dhanna and Gloria who were all such a pleasure to talk to and chat every day!

Es un hotel que se esmera en calidad y servicio. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y grandes. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, cerca del malecón. Las fiestas temáticas son bonitas y elaboradas. Excelente servicio de Danna, Bianca Gloria, Guadalupe y Miguel del restaurante Frutas y Flores. La comida y los postres son muy ricos.

We really enjoyed the hotel. The only downside was the noise fr outside that kept us up till 4am. Other than that everything was great. Also I think maybe the buffet should have a theme each day fr the food so your not eating almost the same thing Your not Las Vegas.

Hugo Alejandro Pinzon mesero de cenas frutas fue de los mejores. Nuestra experiencia con el personal de servicio no fue muy grata. El 80% del personal de servicio fue tajante, 0 cordial y si se siente la preferencia por los huéspedes extranjeros. Hugo fue el mesero que me atendió en mi último día y fue muy amable.

While the property we stayed at was very clean and beautiful, as soon as you go out onto the street it’s very unclean. The surrounding properties were very run down and the local shops didn’t seem to be as visitor friendly.

The staff are unmatched in their dedication to making sure your vacation is relaxing and you have access to anything you need. This was our second stay and the upgrades done are excellent. We recognized many of the same friendly staff.
Food is ok for all inclusive - venture out for local goodness - Pepe's Taco's is the perfect place to start - only a block away.
Be sure to generously tip the staff, they deserve every bit of your appreciation, as they are the true magic of the a great vacation!
