I was very disappointed with the food buffet. It was the same just about every day and with no variety. I will not go back if this doesn’t change for next year. Everything else was great and very clean.

This is the best place on earth!! The staff is amazing; they treat us like one of the family. Victor and Michelle are absolutely fantastic at what they do. The food is really good, especially the breakfast buffet! We finally became members this year and plan to come back every year at least once. Thank you Buenaventura!!

Todo el servicio de los meseros es excelente, gracias. A ellos funciona el hotel. Muchas felicidades y agradecimiento a: Carlos Celso Gustavo Fausto Y demás meseros en cualquiera de los turnos. Ojalá el hotel realmente valore su trabajo con buenos sueldos.

Súper cómodo y el servicio muy amable en especial el de Danna que nos atendió muy atenta y amable mientras comíamos, por alguna razón uno de los días no tenían mucho personal y aún así el servicio fue súper bueno en toda la estancia, yo llevé un bebe de un año y lo trataron muy bien

Best service out there! This is honestly the best hotel! It has a great location and even better staff! They are there with any questions or concerns and their bartenders and waitstaff are wonderful! Couldn’t ask for a better vacation! A must for sure!

Excelente trato en general del hotel las instalaciones como tal la comida muy rica , la atención en restaurantes buena la alberca esta super bonita los chicos de alberca son muy atentos también las chicas de animación Diana, Teresa, y selene son muy atentas la verdad son niñas muy divertidas y con un ángel muy bonito nos hicieron la estancia muy linda

Great location. Good food and drinks. Kid friendly. Red flag tides. Lots of old people and small ideas. Eggs on horseback were not served on real horse meat, which was mildly disappointing. Loses 1 star because of strict staff adherence to dumb rules. If you load up a buffet plate to-go, make sure to walk out the back patio door instead of the front restaurant entrance, or the host will stop you from leaving with food. Watch out for meth dolphins
