Excellent hotel. Very good service, the all inclusive very complete and the food very tasty. Beautiful beach and all facilities. highly recommended

It's a great location but the room was very small and musty, the bathroom was even smaller could not move around at all, the towels old and looked dirty. We only stayed for one night, and didn't spend any time in
the room only for sleeping, and the bed was hard as a rock.
Pretty noisy at the night but we knew that was the case because of the location, thats why we had ear plugs. We thought it was over priced, but we payed for location not hotel.

We had a great vacation here. Front desk, concierge who addressed our issue with a mattress promptly. It is a small resort and in a good location. The hotel is showing its age but its well-maintained staff is friendly. We had an inclusive plan and the variety of food was good. Jaime and Pabalo looked after us during the dinner. They provided excellent service and were commended for their enthusiasm. The resort gets busy on weekends with kids but no issues.

Do not book the “kitchen suite”!!! The kitchen does not have suitable cookware - the steel pots were damaged and old. The cook top did not work very well. The bathroom was cramped in the middle between bedroom and kitchen area. I could barely sit on the toilet without my knees hitting the wall. I would hit my head on the towel bar getting up!!! Also, there is no balcony to the pool. We changed over to another room — the only balcony option had two double beds. This room was listed around $50/night less but the manager would not give any discount. When pressed, the manager Martha Padilla Yerena gave us a drink card for one drink each!!!! I do not recommend staying here - the room is noisy, the poolside seating was limited and there are much better options.

This was my first time visiting puerto and I loved it.
Hotel caters to family and elderly. Not a young people establishment. Everyone I spoke with was extremely kind and it is in a perfect location. Breakfast buffet was great.
Next time I will probably pick an adults only property. Otherwise great hotel for what it is.

The location can’t be beat, the bed was large and comfy and the A/C worked. Staff were great! Shout out to Juan, one of the first friendly faces, who helped me to my room with my bags. He noticed the safe wasn’t working and immediately called maintenance to fix it…they were in and out in 15 min!
The only thing I would fault them on is a lack of certain amenities such as a kettle/ coffee maker to make coffee/tea and perhaps some Kleenex in the bathroom. Also, the room I chose and the room I got were quite different: they’re slowly renovating the hotel and I got one of the yet to be renovated rooms… very dark in bathroom and dim throughout. But all in all, those few things didn’t affect my holiday at all!
