Excellent hotel. Very good service, the all inclusive very complete and the food very tasty. Beautiful beach and all facilities. highly recommended

It's a great location but the room was very small and musty, the bathroom was even smaller could not move around at all, the towels old and looked dirty. We only stayed for one night, and didn't spend any time in
the room only for sleeping, and the bed was hard as a rock.
Pretty noisy at the night but we knew that was the case because of the location, thats why we had ear plugs. We thought it was over priced, but we payed for location not hotel.

Location, location, location. The location is the best. The shared facilities - lobby, pool, etc. are updated and lovely. The room we had was not updated at all - very tiny bathroom, wires from light hanging above the bathtub, too much big furniture for small room. Some rooms are updated, but I don't know how to tell which rooms that would be. We paid extra for an oceanfront room (#240) with large balcony; we could hear the ocean all night, which was lovely. Rooms could just use a little updating.

El servicio excelente y sobre todo Adrián tiene una excelente atención con los huéspedes y en las actividades que realiza , la amabilidad de la gente super bien, mi familia está súper feliz , la comida recomendable hay variedad en los alimentos tanto en el desayuno , comida , cena . Es un gran hotel familiar y lo recomiendo ampliamente y no es es la primera vez que vengo ya tengo años viniendo a este hotel y como siempre el servicio es espectacular .

Beautiful resort with a great view, pool, service, and food! The location of the resort was perfect, right on the boardwalk and in the city. Will definitely be staying again. Alexander, Omar, Miguel, Luis, and Lupita provided great service throughout our entire stay!

El hotel está muy padre y bonito Las habitaciones son muy padres y cómodas Las albercas muy bonitas La comida es muy buena , pero más el desayuno Igual las barras de bebidas los chavos que entienden las barras muy amables,todo está súper cerca Caminas al malecón y todo está a la mano.las actividades muy divertidas todo el día en la alberca Adrián súper chido
