The only bad thing was the really inconsistent internet. Do not expect to be able to work remotely. And I wish I had a fridge in my room but I got what I paid for. Also did not like the plastic sheets but I understand why those would be used. Great pool though and a very clean hotel overall. Great location

Right off Highway 200 - the main bus route road. Beds were comfortable, only negative was no fridge in room.

Very helpful and kind staff, breakfast in the morning is excellent. Centrally-located. Wifi only available in the pool area. Quiet location, lots of road work being done at the moment, so some difficulty in accessing the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Property is ok and staff are nice.
My room was very noisy (room 313).
Poor insulation between window frame and the hole in the wall, actuality no insulation at all. I went across the street to Office Depot and bought some duct tape to try patch it, but it didn't imrove anything.
Wifi stopped working after a few days and wasn't fixed until I left.
They put some temporary routers though around the pool and restaurant.
They have free coffees and pastries in the mornings (sometimes they run out of coffee and you need to go to oxxo ore other shop if you need coffee at 7 am.
Uber to airport was 210 pesos.
Beach (Las Glorias) is across the street, buses go up and down the street to take you anywhere.

J’avai pris pour une semaine La chambre sentait les moisissures et la crasse d’une saleté accumulée depuis plusieurs années. Il ne passe que le balai et encore c’est mal fait
Pour une location long terme ça peut être correct si on lave à la grandeur avec un désinfectant. Se n’est pas la faute des femme de ménage ils ont trop de travail pour faire ce genre de nettoyage en profondeur
