It was a nice hotel.
There was a problem with my door but they fixed it really quickly.
The receptionists were super friendly and always on hand to
help.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s for many reasons , location, comfort, cleanliness , safety. But mostly it is for the supportive staff. I had my iPhone stolen when I went out to dinner during my stay. If anyone has a smartphone knows- your whole “ life” is on your phone, The hotel staff especially Elysa Los Arcos Suites Concierge went beyond and above to help me contact all the people I needed to , including banks, and eticket replacements. You are in excellent hands when you stay at Los Arcos Suites. My family and I are so grateful for all the support she gave me.

We stayed at Los Arcos Suites which is part of Hotel Los Arcos in Puerta Vallarta, Mexico. We stayed from December 6, 2023 to March 27, 2024. The people that work at the hotel are really excellent including: Hilda and Marta, Reservations; Miguel Gradilla, Concierge; Mirella Fragoso, Front Desk; Magda Gomez, Special Events. Other people that were very helpful to us during our stay include Luis, Miguel, Jorge, Adriane (Activity Director). A very special person is Soledad, who looked after keeping our room beautiful and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the Happy Hour (6:00 - 8:00 p.m.) at El Publico Restaurant. We are looking forward to our next visit.

The bed was so comfortable, if it wasn't for the sun I could have stayed in bed the whole time. The hotel is absolutely magnificent. The pool is a great alternative to the beach, but the beach is also perfect with great service. The room had a terrace I used everyday and I will never book another room than this one!

We love the Los Arcos owned hotels in Puerto Vallarta because they are in the center of a lot of action in Zona Romantica, clean, with very helpful and friendly staff. But the biggest reason is that if you are staying at the Los Arcos, Los Arcos Suites, or Doña Suzanna by Los Arcos, you can use the amenities at ALL THREE properties. This includes three pools, several hot tubs, kid friendly pools, spa services, the rooftop bar at Doña Suzanna, and if course all of their restaurants at each property. On top of this, you can get complimentary breakfast and as an upgrade, you can get all of your meals covered with the all inclusive package among other perks. This is by far the best hotel experience available in Puerto Vallarta. There is no comparison.

Los Arcos Suites is perfect for a quiet get away, and has all the tools to suit a longer stay. Kitchenette was functional and well kept. There is no food or drink service on site, and you cannot use the other resorts pools. Otherwise was a great stay.
