Pinnacle Resorts 180

One of us is disabled and has difficulty walking. Every employee was so helpful and pleasant!!! Condo was clean, with everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to plenty of towels. Please put grab rails in some of the showers for safety.l

This was our 4th time staying at Pinnacle, but our first time staying at 180. We love Pinnacle for the location, amenities, cleanliness, and helpful staff! We stayed in one of the Andrew Christian suites with friends and it was so spacious. We particularly liked having the plunge pool for afternoons and evenings.

If I were rating the staff and service, it would be 5 stars, however we were disappointed by the unit that we stayed in. We stayed in the same unit 3 years ago and the owner has made zero changes since then. The same stain was on the couch, the same plastic rug, chipped glass tables and more. We love the staff at the Pinnacle and we love the location, but if we stay again, we will request not to stay in 506.

My husband and I have stayed at this resort before and everything was perfect. It was my birthday celebration and the condo wasn’t in great shape. The main drapes that cover the sliding glass doors were very cheap, old and blocked very little of the sun in the main room. Couch was old, smelled of mildew ( we had to put towels on the couch to even sit on it and was very uncomfortable. Hot water in unit took way too long to get hot and manager told us it’s the entire building ( coming from CA we are water conscious and to run the shower and sink for several minutes wasn’t good for us). Upon check in the sliding glass door in the unit was VERY difficult to open and close even with two hands. The cushions for the patio furniture were old and most were torn and uncomfortable as well. No loungers on patio but they did bring up 2 for us which we appreciated.We complained about the sliding door and it took 2 days for maintenance to come up and fix it and we were in the unit while they were working ( we would have appreciated it being done when we weren’t in the unit ).The stove ( baking part ) wouldn’t work and maintenance came up and told us we had to manually light the pilot light for the oven to work (???- only time I’ve had to do that with a stove is when something was broken 30 years ago on one of my ovens and the pilot light didn’t work.Blinds in the bedroom didn’t make the room dark and of course the resort couldn’t do anything about that as the owner of the unit’s choice. Positives - bar staff were all amazing , we got great manis and pedis at the spa. I have stayed at this same building 4 times and the first time I didn’t like the room and had so many issues. It wasn’t cheap and we did ask if there was another unit available, which the manager showed us and the layout was awful and less view of the ocean so we ended up staying in the room rather than downgrading. If this was a hotel we would / should have been compensated for all of the problems and were offered nothing.

Such a beautiful resort condo property. Service is excellent. Amenities and building are pristine. Comfortable bed and unit. Towels and robe are plush. Full kitchen and furnishings. Very comfortable and inviting. Love the balcony! I will be back for sure!

A wonderful stay. Superb service. An amazing apar**ent. Housekeeping is A+ Quiet, peaceful and serene. Top end furniture and fixtures. All you could want in an accommodation. This best stay in Puerto Vallarta. Wonderful ocean view from the apar**ent

Love the Presidential Corner Penthouse at the Pinnacle 180! The room is amazing, the views are beautiful, and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Location is great with just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants! Perfect for a group of six with plenty of room to have alone time and also gather together.

What a great locations, fabulous restaurants nearby and our house keeper Gaby was perfect! Very clean and comfortable. AC worked very well. The staff in general was professional and very interested in our comfort and that we genuinely had a good time.

Fabulous. Easy. Convenient. The whole experience was seamless and easy from start to finish. The included onsite amenities are deluxe. The condo we stayed in was well appointed with a beautiful balcony. Beds were comfy and the AC worked great.
