Great resort. Nice ocean breezes. Nice pools. Very large three bedroom views. Kids can be noisy by the main pool in front of the resteraunt, but a few other pools available

I had to move the icebox out of the closet and buy a extension cord to make a place to make drinks or remove items from microwave . Not worth the money I paid for the room. No outside seating or view . Outside was beautiful grounds. Pools were great!

Beautiful property, the staff is very helpful and friendly.
What i didn't like is we were told our room would be ready at 2 pm, but when we got there they changed it to 4 pm

We had a great experience. Centrally located. Walking distance to great Restaurants, Mall, and Supermarket. Service and food at the restaurant good. Next time I will ask for a room on the first or second floor. No elevators and my knees were killing me, lol. And dont take the rooms closest to the nightclub next door. Noisy and would not stop till after 3 am. Thats on Fridays and Sat. Other than that, a great place.

I would never go back we had bedbugs cockroaches dirty sheets management is the worst have bites all over they said it was the sun home now. Doctor says its bed bugs next time not going to los tules we learned the hard way hope everyone sees how our trip was what a waste of time so stay away

Me encanto que la habitación del hotel es bastante amplia y tenía acceso al restaurante, albercas y la playa por la puerta de atrás que además tenía sillas y una mesa para tomar café y charlar al aire libre. El hotel es espectacular que te da la sensación de estar en medio de una selva, lleno de vegetación. Me gusto mucho que tiene alberca climatizada. El servicio fue muy bueno, siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos. En los alrededores había varios buenos restaurantes que podías llegar caminando. También hay un mini super donde puedes encontrar de TODO, punto a favor cuando viajas con niños. La ubicación no es lo mejor pero eso no es problema porque siempre hay Uber o taxis que te llevan a la marina, el centro o diferentes playas sin problema. Volvería siempre, uno de mis lugares favoritos en puerto Vallarta.
