Service was above grade. We had to change rooms because our first room had a smelly bathroom, otherwise fine. Food and margaritas were great. Location is excellent and close to a major grocery store.

The room was great, very quiet even though it overlooked the street. Beds were comfortable and having a fridge was great. The pool area is nice with lots of loungers. The free continental breakfast is pretty small but ok. The location is close to the Malecon making it easy to walk.

The hotel is nice. Close to the Malecon and restaurants and has a beautiful pool. My room was comfortable, clean and made up daily. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Restaurant staff could be more attentive but overall nice place. I've stayed here before and will again,

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, sobre la playa y muy cerca del malecón, el personal es muy amable y la alberca es de lo mejor del hotel. Un pequeño refrigerador en la habitación hubiera estado muy bien. La TV ya luce algo vieja y el servicio de cable que usan es algo malo, constantemente la señal se ve afectada. El servicio de wifi es bueno a secas, en ocasiones tarda mucho o no permite cargar videos de redes sociales. Mi estancia coincidió con trabajos de mantenimiento en el hotel pero eso no afectó mi experiencia. El restaurante solo lo usé para desayunar y aunque el buffet es limitado cumple de acuerdo al bajo precio.

Nos atendieron muy bien, nos dieron la habitación mucho antes del check in habitual. El hotel muy limpio y agradable, muy recomendable La ubicación perfecta para desplaz**** al centro tranquilamente caminando y así evitar tomar transporte.

I highly recommend this hotel in PVR. The friendly and attentive staff strives to meet your every need. The restaurant and bar over looking the beach has a robust menu, and you can enjoy happy hour from 5-7pm with uninterrupted views of the ocean.
