Très bien situé,service impeccable .on était souvent à la section de la piscine adulte et nous avons eu un très bon service de Andrews centeno et tous les autres serveurs de cette section. Nous y sommes aller 2semaines et nous avons très apprécier. C est certain que quand on retourneras à puerto vallarta nous y retournerons. Site bien entretenu et chambre propre. Les animations le jours avec Isaak et sa collègue était très bien. Pour les animations du soir le choix de la musique du dj étais décevant et manque de divertissement le soir. En générale nous avons apprécier cet hôtel.

Estamos súper contentos en este hotel friendly fun, no la hemos pasado de poca madre , nos encanta el servicio, todo en si , pero sobretodo en las actividades con Isaac,kari de actividades con la súper acuazumba y las demás actividades y Beto de acuáticos la verdad sin ellos no hubiera diversión.

Excellent resort pour vivre la vraie vie mexicaine. Un hôtel où la vie continue à 17:00, les piscines fermes à 21:00, les activités du soir à la plage. Le personnel attentif, gentils. Merci à Horacio, Double Double, Beatriz, Cento, Isarel.
