Just stayed for one day, but it took 2 hours to check in. Not how I expected to spend the afternoon. Junior suite was roomy, though.

Très bel hôtel propre avec tout ce dont on a besoin;air climatisé,Wi-Fi,lit de qualité king size,cuisinette avec frigo,balcon,2 piscines chauffées avec transat sur la plage,spa,beaucoup d'activités,fitness,idéal pour les familles.

The staff here is amazing. We had a wonderful time. We got a lot of recommendations on things to eat from Ricardo Onufie. He is amazing, very hard-working. It seems he’s here every minute of the day. He is a valued asset to this resort. We will definitely be coming back because of him.

Resort was nice, nicer than we had expected. We enjoyed our stay here, however on our 5th day, we noticed a significant amount of mold in our air conditioner. This caused my girlfriend and I to both have sore throats and not feel right. They did not seem concerned when brought up. Other than that, it was 5 stars but black mold can not be over looked.

We made reservations through priceline. We were looking for a centric location between Zona Romantica and the Marina. We met Magali, Malena, and Ramon and facilitated a day pass to Flamingo and provided us with waters and drinks during our stay. They went above and beyond to make our time here extraordinary. We celebrated 🥳 our friends' birthday 🎂 with their fiesta celebration during Mexican Mothers Day. We had a great time and plan to come back in the fall.

Magali, Malena, and Mau did a great job hosting us in the property. They went out of their way to ensure we had water, coffee, and drinks. They facilitated a day pass to the Flamingo resort and helped us book experiences with Joel. We found them friendly with a very centric location to the Marina and Zona Romantica. We participated in the Mexican Mothers Day Fiesta with our friends who live in Zona Romantica. Lots of restaurants and shopping malls within walking distance. Great experience.
